Seems a really good product, with the exception of the "feet" on the vertical risers. They were quite inflexible when putting them on. I shattered a couple during assembly. Fortunately, as I was not making a workbench, I had some spares. Apart from that, as I said, seems like a good product.
The delivery company you use could join the 21st century and provide a delivery slot, like most companies do now. I had to take the day off work or reschedule if I was not in.

It came before expected, so the delivery was fast. It was sealed well and easy to build. And looks great.

Very awkward to assemble due to clipping system as sometimes the clips shoot through the back of the holes. Tricky to assemble at the start on your own. But once erected good and secure shelving system and would recommend.

Customer relations at Tufferman are outstanding. My order was delivered in less than 48 hours. A small part of the order was missing; the company responded very rapidly to my Email, and the missing parts were dispatched within a day and I received them the next morning!

On time and great customer service

Sensible priced shelving & very swift delivery. Q I had with product was answered quickly. Much of the build can be achieved by one person but helpful to have a second pair of hands when installing the 'H' shelves. First stack takes longer to work out but after that pretty straight forward. Multiple cross bars for extra support & as standard would be good !
