I made a purchase and now I’m literally sitting here waiting for it to be “approved.”
How is it even possible that in 2025 a digital purchase needs some kind of manual review?
I paid full price expecting instant access, not a pending status and uncertainty.
This completely defeats the purpose of buying something online to save time.

Purchased a model, what a mistake!

Purchased an F18 model which looked nothing like the preview images and had missing geometry. Customer service is non existent, in fact all you get is an AI chatbot.

The request refund button does not work and simply takes you to a page describing their policy.

AVOID TURBOSQUID!

Id love to say that the models on Turbosquid are of higher quality as well as the higher price tag, but they are often expensive and require a vast amount of clean up, ive been disappointed too frequently at this point for this to not be a trend

Such a bs website. Hold my commission for months then deleted my 3d model for unknown reasons, just poof, dissapeared

My VAT number was filled correctly and they charged the VAT at payment time in contradiction with the EU laws and the payment was displayed without tax before the checkup. They also refuses to refund the VAT that has been illegaly charged.
That's a pretty disgusting company to work with.

I'm pretty happy using Turbosquid. I've been using them for years and generally all is well.

I did encounter and issue yesterday that I should mention — if you have a refund processing, they won't allow you to download any further models until the refund is processed. These are completely separate transactions and you can pay for the models, just not download them. They need to fix this straight away!

Luckily the 24/7 chat members were able to provide me with links to download my assets, helping me to make my deadline.

BS company, very mean, rude and not professional . Very upset. Stay away people.

I brought Brazil Real Coin 3D model it is for 1$ on website they have shown 3D emboss Design but when i actually opened That 3D model it is just plane no 3D work is there ….. very Disappointing

I can't login to my account because I don't get any verification code. The support helped me to login but when I wanted to download my purchase I needed a verification code too. So I wasn't able to download it. I lost time and money. After 3 days they helped be get the model, what was to late. I have deadlines and working like this is terrible. I was obligated to buy a new model with another company. After 1 Week and almost daily emails, the problem has not been solved.

I bought a model 12 days ago that I needed for an important project. They took my money instantly, but after 2 weeks my model purchase is still under review. I never got it. I put in a ticket for support with no response now for 12 days. The request a refund button no longer works. And you can chat with anyone at support anymore. It just takes you to articles to read when you click on the chat with support button. Go spend your money elsewhere. All Turbo Squid does anymore is take your money and leaves you with nothing.

Die Firma hängt am Geld. Von meinen verkauften Produkten kommt bei mir fast kein Geld an. Momentan sagen die mir, dass sie mein Geld nicht an PayPal überweisen können. Bei PayPal sehe ich diesen Fehler nicht. Ständig haben die irgendwelche Probleme mir Geld zu senden. Ich habe das Gefühl, die einzigen, die vom Verkauf meiner 3D-Objekte profitieren, sind DIE. Ich suche mir die Tage eine andere Plattform, mal sehen ob es da besser ist.

a joke, if you expect to just purchase some assets to be able to use for a project, make sure your project has no deadlines. paid for it and still waiting for my order to be processed, created a ticket, still waiting for that answer too.

I've purchased a very expensive 3D model of a city for presentation. The file is produced in studio max using Vray but there's an FBX file which I believe we could use in C4D using Octane. The models are missing a lot of important assets and looked totally different from the advertised image. I asked help from the support team but they insisted that the renderer used is different hence the lack of assets. they responded with a cinema 4d file which is supposedly a conversion but was even worse coz some of the details and objects was not included. I would be very careful in buying assets here. I ended up getting stock images for my presentation. what a joke.

Since Shutterstock bought Turbosquid, it got worse and worse..
Support answer takes weeks! and becomes more and more cheeky. My account was suspended because of one inadvertently uploaded evermotion texture...

Could not locate an invoice/receipt for a business purchase of 3d models made earlier this year through one of their associated companies. I found the web chat on Turbosquid webpage, was met with a live support person very quickly, uploaded my bank statement transaction, was informed they would work with Accounts Dept to get me a copy of the receipt, within one hour I received an email from Turbosquid with a link to the document I need. Very happy with the speed and efficiency.
