The colour options are weird
The colour options are weird. They can't confirm what with be sent so it's called a mix. The "green mix" i was sent was really just grey.

Thank you for letting us know — I can see how that would feel disappointing when you were expecting a green mix and it looked more grey.
Because we use upcycled cashmere, the colour mixes can vary quite a bit depending on the original fibres available. That’s why we describe them as “mix” rather than a fixed shade — it gives us the flexibility to reuse what’s already out there, but it does mean no two pieces are exactly the same.
If the colour you received isn’t what you had in mind, we’d be happy to help. You can return it for a refund if it’s not quite right using our free royal mail returns portal on our website. Kind regards

MIRACULOUS!
First things first..my daughter has suffered for many years with Reynards disease..the winter is torture for her as her finger end turn white as no circulation can get thru ...These gloves are miraculous ..no more white ice cold fingers ..i mean it NO MORE ICE COLD FINGERS! .an unbelievable product ..Aand so soft ,comfortable and pretty!!!!thank you so much for providing these wonderful gloves!!and so quickly delivered too!

My fabulous warm cosy soft mittens!
They are absolutely wonderful!! SO cosy and warm!! So soft! I gave them to both my daughters fur Christmas as well as myself abd we all love them!! My daughter gets terrible chilblains so she wears them while she is working on her computer! Such a brilliant idea abd lovely coloyrs! So thank you SO much!!!
