I ordered a baby gift set from turtledoves and there was a slight mixup with the order. I rang customer services and the replacement arrived the next morning. Helpful manner on the phone, no waiting in a queue and excellent service, thank you. GW Shropshire

Always love Turtle Doves. Their neck warmers and fingerless gloves are my go-to in the winter weather. So cosy and attractive! What’s not to like?

Less than one star.
Not the original company. They evidently recently sold on, but this is not obvious.
Quality is terrible, seams not sewn properly and undoing on the gloves they send out, part of order missing, no response from customer services at all. My original gloves with the old company are fab, the new ones are shocking.
I'd return them, but I have no confidence that I'd get my money back looking at other reviews. Steer clear - they are scamming in my opinion..
No reply from customer services sets my alarms ringing, perhaps they will dare to contact me directly?

The follow up response to this review does not ring true. It has been over 5 days and I've not had an email response to my emails. The company has not reached out to me at all. I expect more, perhaps they will reach out now, if not, I'll update my review. I have had my final pair of gloves delivered, not the colour on the website and very, very tight. I still think they are scamming. I'd rather resew what I have than send them back for a refund that I think I will never get. I'll let you know.
Plus, your website is now not showing the options I chose.

Excellent quality and delivery. Having received some Turtle Gloves myself as a gift, I bought some for my Granddaughter for Christmas, she loves hers too.

I bought the gloves for my daughter and she loves them.
The service and delivery were excellent.

Grandson and his Mum loved their fingerless gloves. Possibly go up a size for a child, he is 4 and I could only get age 6-10 but they were fine

So disappointed. I have bought many pairs in the past for myself and gifts for friends and loved them but the recent pairs are of no where near the same quality. They are much thinner and one pair developed a hole after only one wear. Such a shame as these used to be lovely products. Won’t be buying again.

I ordered some orange gloves, they came yellow. I had to pay to send them back and never received a refund. The material also feels really itchy, I wouldn't recommend if you're autistic and have an aversion to weird feeling materials.

My third pair of wrist warmers. I love Turtle Doves products very much. I’ve have bought for friends and family also.

Sold a product with a hole in it. It’s listed on the website but not clearly. There should be more visibility of this. Customer service did not offer much solution to resolve this

I have now ordered 5 pairs. The two ‘seconds’ did have a lot of holes which needed repairing. However they are all very comfortable. They really help to keep the cold away. I have them in different bags including one pair at work (so useful as they help circulation while typing) one in dog walking bag, one in handbag and one pair for ‘best’. My daughter loved her pair at Christmas

Beautiful fingerless gloves. I now have 3 pairs! So soft and warm, wash up beautifully.

Purchased fingerless and normal gloves from Turtle Doves. Arrived as predicted. Perfect fit and soft and warm. The recycled cashmere in particular were very warm which was lovely in the very cold weather we were experiencing. Very satisfied with the products.

This is the 2nd time I have bought the fingerless gloves for a gift and once again they were very gratefully received. Great quality, really soft and very warm. Would definitely buy again and recommend. Arrived promptly and easy ordering process and fantastic that they are recycled products.
