I've bought several products from this company over the years. I love that items are recycled and there are a wide range of colour group options. However I'm disappointed the quality has declined - the ankle warmers I've only been wearing a couple of weeks have ripped already. Previous ankle warmers I've had from them lasted for years!

I suffer from Raynaud's disease and have bought several pairs of fingerless gloves over the years, however the most recent pairs I bought, the quality wasn't as good. The length of them is longer, but they are thinner and don't seem as warm.
Thank you for the offer to return them for a replacement.

Bought a few pairs as Christmas gifts. Arrived swiftly. All absolutely lovely and my friends loved them. Lots of colours to choose from. Will definitely buy again. Well done and thank you.

I received a pair of gloves as a Christmas gift. I absolutely love them so much so I bought a pair as a gift too. They are so soft and warm and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them - you won’t be disappointed.

Significantly lower quality than previously, in both material and sewing.
The materials used are much thinner, not as soft, the internal seams are scruffy and unfinished, there is no longer a Turtle Doves label attached - almost like they are embarrassed to put their name to these newer items. Disappointing.

Ordered a hood and chose the red, pink and purple. Hood arrived. Ine side a very pale pink, almost beige and the other side very pale lilac, insipid indeed. The picture on the website showed a hood with a very deep pink on one side and deep purple on the other. I phoned today and was told that their website states colours may vary. However attached tag on the hood states Red, Pink and Purple. I phoned today and was informed that web site states 'colours may vary'. I could not find that. They do not exchange but I can get a refund
So be very careful if you order something that you intend to match with something else, it probably won't.

I ordered three sets of gloves, one in grey, one in cream and one in pale pink. Unfortunately, I was sent two in cream and one in grey.
The gloves are lovely, warm and easy to put on. What a shame the pale pink gloves I ordered did not arrive.

I purchased these as a birthday gift for my friend and they were delivered to the wrong house by Royal Mail, which was extremely frustrating. Turtle Doves responded well to my enquiry and resent a pair. This time they were delivered successfully and my friend was delighted. I have a pair that I received at Christmas and I love them. Such good quality, they hold their shape and keep your hands warm without overheating. I would highly recommend the product and the company!

The quality is always excellent. The delivery is always prompt. I love their recycled fingerless gloves and snood/hood. They're really comfortable to wear and keep me warm. The items wash and wear well.

My daughter in law bought me a pair. I love to crochet, but my hands get cold and I suffer from arthritis. These have to be, thee, best fingerless gloves. My hands stay warm, even when I take the hounds out.
I'm so impressed I bought myself a pair, so I have dog walking gloves and crochett gloves. And that won't be the last pair I buy.

Easy process to order online, lots of great photos to get an idea of how long the gloves are, they arrived in no time and I love them. Not sure why I did not buy them before!
