If I could give this company zero stars…
If I could give this company zero stars I would!! Blamed computer system for error! Placed an order and paid for bed installation, bed arrived today and due to zero lack of communication the delivery drivers could not install! Had to pay for a handyman to do it and have to wait 10 days for a refund! Disgusting! If you want installation I wouldn’t bother. Two bit operation company, with poor customer service!

We are sorry that you feel this way, however, we do feel it is important to clarify what happened.
After you contacted us to advise that you had not selected the installation service when placing your order, you later decided that you would like to add the installation to your Single TV Bed. As a gesture of goodwill, we did our best to amend your booking. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected system error, the installation was not successfully added with the courier. We were completely unaware that this had failed until the day of your delivery.
As soon as you informed us of the issue, we acted immediately. We contacted the delivery company's office straight away to arrange for the installation to be completed as quickly as possible. Although the installation team was fully booked, they rearranged their schedule and offered to return on Monday 3rd August 2026 to install your TV bed. You chose to decline this appointment.
As an alternative, we immediately offered you a full refund for the installation service, which you accepted. This refund was processed within five minutes of your call. While banks can take up to 10 working days to return the funds to your account, this timeframe is outside of our control.
We fully appreciate that the situation was frustrating, and we have apologised for the system error. However, to describe us as a "two-bit operation" with poor customer service does not accurately reflect how we handled your case. We acknowledged the issue, acted immediately to find a solution, offered the earliest possible installation appointment, and processed your refund without delay. We believe we acted promptly and fairly throughout and did everything reasonably possible to resolve the situation.

Great product, Great service. Great people.
Great family run business with a vast amount of knowledge in their product and are very approachable. (Thought I) had an issue with my bed & although I was covered by the extended warranty, Rob managed to talk me through the issue which saved days of waiting around for the repairer to come and do basically the same thing.
Would highly recommend services and products to anyone.

Amazing TV bed
We bought this TV bed for our daughter and couldn't be happier with it. The quality is excellent, it was easy to assemble, and the TV lift works perfectly. It looks stylish, feels very sturdy, and she absolutely loves it. Highly recommended!

Really good customer service.. multiple e-mails sent regarding delivery so I knew the process of my orders journey.. the bed is gorgeous and we’ve had no problems with tv ( we have had this bed 6 months) .. would definitely order from this company again.

Recieved my tv bed last year and…
Recieved my tv bed last year and honestly it is a decent bed !! The tv i wanted to mount to it was too big so got a smaller tv and is sound ! When ive had enough of watching tv or ive woken up and cant find the remote I press the down button on mine or the wifes side of the bed and it lowers and turns off 👌🏻... was delivered and built with care and efficiency the lads really knocked it all together in a few mins 👌🏻 overall great service and havnt had to get in touch with customer service regarding the bed in anyway shape or form... they contacted me a while ago to say i have cover on it and is everything ok... to which I replied with all is great, thanks again

Fantastic Bed & Overall Service

Fast delivery, no faults or reasons to call so don’t know about customer service, but what I can say is they called me months after having the bed to see if there is anything wrong with it and still no faults but I would really recommend, 10/10

We ordered a cream super king TV bed after hunting online for a couple of weeks! Trying to find a tv bed that was nice, good quality and reasonably priced was proving difficult! We took the plunge upon reading good reviews, and so glad we did!
The delivery was smooth and the guys were so polite and helpful. The bed was easy enough to put together and its beautiful and brilliant quality! My mum has just ordered the same bed after seeing ours, we would 100% recommend!

Feeling scammed and frustrated

Ordered the Arla Ottoman Bed
Delivery arrived a week after ordered, which was good however all the screws and the instruction manual was missing
Rang the team yesterday who were apologetic and said they will send out the screws and instruction manual for the next day.
Screws arrived the next day and instruction manual is still missing.
Rang the team again, who said they will email the manual over in the next 10minutes. 30mins later nothing received and they reported there was an internet issue. Its now been hours later in the day and now they aren't even answering the phone.
Might change this if I ever get a manual or get to build my bed but tempted to claim a refund now because this is getting ridiculous, I've had to take time off work to build this bed and now I'm left with the parts to a bed but no idea how to build it and no assistance. Ridiculous way to treat customers especially when hard earned money has been spent on purchasing the bed

We are sorry to read your review and appreciate how frustrating this situation has been for you.
However, we do feel it is important to clarify that you have not been scammed. You have received the bed you ordered, and as soon as the missing parts were reported to us, we took immediate action to resolve the issue.
The bolts and instruction manual should have been included with the bed, and we are currently investigating this with our manufacturer to understand how this occurred.
You first reported the issue yesterday at 2:20pm. Replacement bolts were dispatched the same day and delivered to you by 9:23am this morning. We believe this demonstrates that we acted as quickly as possible to rectify the problem.
Regarding the instructions, we explained during our phone call today that we did not have a physical copy available to send with the replacement bolts. Instead, we arranged to send the instructions electronically via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, we experienced a technical issue which prevented the message from sending initially. The PDF instruction manual was subsequently delivered to you via WhatsApp at 2:13pm this afternoon.
We completely understand that this has been inconvenient, particularly given that you had set aside time to assemble your new bed. We sincerely apologise for that frustration. However, we do not feel that a 1-star review fairly reflects how the situation has been handled. Whilst mistakes can occasionally occur, what matters is how a company responds when they do. From the moment the issue was reported, we responded promptly, communicated with you throughout, and took action as quickly as we possibly could to resolve it.
We hope you are now able to complete the assembly of your bed and enjoy your purchase. If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Such a good company , I got a bed from the a year ago , moving house and needed the instructions to dismantle and assemble the bed properly, message and was given them no problem and so quick at resolving , no issue is too small for them would highly recommend
