Ordered a Magic Magnetic Cube 28th of November and didn't receive it. I've emailed numerous times to no avail. No reply. Nothing. Applied for a refund via PayPal. They said ai would get money back in 2 days. Chinese rip off. Never purchase anything from them again.

Absolute rip off, I ordered my item on December 15th 2024 and despite numerous emails to them I finally received one at 05.00 am this morning saying my good have been delivered…. I still have not received my order and it’s the 15th January 2025….. DISGUSTING!!!!!

What I ordered I did not get, I paid £19.99 in delivery for a certain eye cream, what I got was a generic eye cream worth about £2 on certain websites. I WANT MY Money Back.
Contacted a few times I have had no reply.

I purchased a toy as a Christmas present for my grandson on December 16,2024, but it never arrived until January 9, 2025.
Two days after buying it, I decided to check other online sites for the same item and discovered that I paid twice as much than the other sites that sold the same item.
UERGO is unreliable and expensive. I URGE YOU TO NOT SHOP AT THIS COMPANY!

My order came with the post through the letter box and I was really pleased with the items.

Placed order on the 8th December, tracking says it landed in London on the 18th,nothing since then now 31 days in transit,emailed 3 times no response,saw the item on YouTube advert,now £20 out of pocket.avoid this comany if you don't want to be robbed.

Very good, reason for 4 stars is it’s not quite the same as the one on YouTube.

Purchased this sink and Drain Cleaner from this company on the 06th of December 2024, received an email on the 07th of December stating that the item had been shipped, I have been tracking this shipment, however the scanning progress was limited, so I gave up tracking, suddenly on the 30th of the December I received an email stating that the package was delivered, due to the holidays everyone was at home plus we have a ring doorbell so we would have known that someone was trying to reach us, went outside after receiving the email only the find no package, I immediately emailed the company to advise this, however to date no one took the time to respond, I tried to dispute it with my method of payment only to be told they cannot do anything. So all and all my money is gone. “Avoid this company like the plague”, they are a bunch of scammers.

Said magnetic cubes were delivered We were home at the time of delivery no one appeared ring doorbell no record seen. Have started a paypal problem we will see what happens.
Firm seems to be a total scam! AVOID

A company that f-bombs you in its YouTube advert, has no phone number on its website, no indication where it's based, and provides a random assortment of cheap shoddy products? Frankly, I should have known better, and so should you. Avoid.

I was a little disappointed in tracking my item one minute it was there a the next. It was not showing and I was expecting to get receive the item before xmas

This company is a scam and YouTube aswell as PayPal should end their association with Uergo. I ordered magnetic cubes over 3 weeks ago and now they're are claiming its been delivered with no proof to back up their claim. I have initiated a dispute through PayPal to try and retrieve my money. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

First time customer, was supposed to be a Christmas present. Had terrible customer communication. Took forever to get any communications only to be sent an email saying it had been delivered today (Boxing Day). It has not been delivered and I am £22.98 down and nothing to show for it. Would not use this website ever again and advise everyone to steer clear as they are either crooks or really poor business people.

Not to be trusted. They sold me a mini heater with no charger, no instruction and unusable. I even ordered 2 and I can’t even use them. I send several email asking for instruction but no answer

I purchased several electronic ear wax removal kits & the 3D puzzles for family members for X Mas. Well packaged & gift wrapped.
The last of the orders 3D puzzles came today intime to wrap & add as stocking fillers.
I plan an EAR-Mas Christmas 🤣😂 all of us loading up our new ear equipment, & seeing who has the most critters in their ears🤣😂. The 3D puzzles are excellent, & for all ages. Plus they work too, I’m sure these will bring a lot of joy & forethought, when putting them together 🤗🤗🇬🇧
