Zero customer service
I renewed insurance online … the next day they auto-renewed same insurance (unknown to me) … charged me twice. No answer on phones for a week…. Got thru but can’t deal with it on phone!!!! Emailed everyday and still no response …. Dreadful to deal with (can’t get hold of anyone!!!) to sort anything out…. Still not sorted.🤦♀️

When you renewed your Fitness insurance in 2025, you opted in to auto-renewing your insurance this year. We have sent you a renewal email advising you that your insurance payment would be taken for your renewal. However, you seemed to have also renewed this manually, creating a duplicate payment. Your duplicate payment will be refunded.
We have also received your emails, which will be responded to, however, we do have a 3 day turnaround on our response time during busy periods, which is advised on our auto-reply.

Excellent course content, very well delivered by an experienced and engaging tutor. Well worth attending and enjoyed the experience. Pre course communications all very clear, and lots of advice given on where to find more information after the course.
