Delivered on the day it said it would arrive.

Got exactly what I ordered. The Jumbo bags are just that! Took me 2 hours to unload and wheelbarrow into the garden, another hour then putting it away.
Nice full wood shed for the next few months, wood is beautifully seasoned and a nice mixture of sizes. Burns well. I would happily order again.

Good quick service

A very helpful delivery driver went out of his way to get the crate as near as possible

Easy ordering process, quick and reliable delivery. Very helpful driver wheeled logs into garage despite heavy traffic at school chucking out time.

Excellent, quick delivery, quantity product. Great value for money

As always ordering from uk logs direct runs smoothly fully recommend this company for good quality kiln dried wood! You won’t be disappointed. Thanks again UKLogsDirect. A very happy customer.

Very good service thank you

Logs arrived well packed and very speedily. Great price and excellent communication and service.

Excellent customer service.
Great product.
Reasonable price.
Good delivery service

Delivery issues; oak logs are good; delivery was problematic with having to stay at home 3 days before it was delivered; the delivery of the large crate was partially chucked into two random crates which takes more work to sort out and to get rid off as well. For the oak
Logs 5 stars ; delivery-1 so coming to average of 3. They tried to sort out the delivery but there was a serious problem with the delivery company. A lot of effort to get it delivered. I give them the benefit of doubt as I have ordered before and delivery wasn’t this bad.

Your website would not accept card payment-may be down to my broadband speed, however I phoned your office and I was dealt with quickly and efficiently and in a friendly manner. Excellent customer care from your office.

Speedy delivery and good quality logs.

Customer Service was very helpful when there was an issue with Carrier who failed to deliver on the specified day.
The product was well packaged and easy to store.
The heat logs give off good heat and last a long time.
The website offered a wide range of products and was easy to navigate.

Repeat order from last year of Ash Logs, kindling and fire lighters. Last year’s logs were great, not too big for log burner, wonderful flame and gave out good heat. Expect same again. Hassle free to order. Helpful delivery driver who placed logs on exact spot in barn for me.

Easy process and logs turned up when promised nice and dry

The oak logs are chunky, giving more burn time perfectly packed, best of all it is good value for what you get. 2nd year purchase. All stocked for this winter.

Great price delivered quickly logs burn well and are all as described

Would have been 5 but delivery turned up a day late when I had someone waiting in all day for the delivery
