Good. Communication after vehicle breakdown and delivered at the weekend.

Good logs, delivered when I requested. No notes.

We have been ordered from UKLogsDirect for years as they are good. However, this order we received wasn't as good as before. The half crate seems smaller or less logs in it comparing to last season. We hope they do better next time.
Delivery service was good as always.

Delivery came a day later than order., but as I’m retired it doesn’t really matter the driver was pleasant put the crate as I asked . There are a lot of small pieces this time and the bulk of logs are small compared to the last couple of years regards Paul

Used for several years now. Always reliable and good quality logs

This is the first time I've used UK Logs Direct. The logs shown in its advertisement appeared uniform, clean and well presented, which matched exactly what I was looking for. Price and prompt delivery were a bonus.

I normally purchase three or four loads each year and consider myself a regular user. It's always nice to be treated as a valued customer and with UK Logs Direct you can be sure that if you need any advice or concerns give them a call and they'll listen and make sure you're happy with your order.

I would certainly recommend UK Logs Direct !

First time in using this company and I most certainly will be using them next year.
Great Company to deal with and the quility of the logs are fantastic.
If you have never tried this company give them ago. Can't fault them at all.

Get some logs and keep you and your family nice and warm.this winter

Good price and quick delivery

Excellent and trustworthy transaction with this company. Paid a tad more than other companies for my product but the product is much better quality and they weren’t scrumpy with filling the bags. Can’t fault them!!

Good service free 48hr pallet delivery and imo the pini kay heat logs from UKLogsDirect are the most efficient burners. Based on my unscientific testing against other brands.

We have a big old 3 story house and now bought a pallet load every year and it saves us a lot of money vrs having the heating on.

Fag packet maths shows in one month using heat logs supplemented by seasoned logs from garden/local trees pays for itself in month one. Keeping a log burner (we have two) 'ticking over' through the day keeps the house aired and avoilds having to put the radiators on unless it drops below 5 degrees outside.

The maths around heat pumps and solar heating dont work for a house that is 130+ years old and has no cavities in the original footprint. We could use solar for charging the car or selling back to the grid but unless you have a fully insulated house and less than 20% of UK housing stock meets 2002 standard, the sums don't work or the payback is way beyond my lifetime...

Great product, order every year. Delivered to door in reasonable timescales.
