Easy to see what I was looking for. Ease of ordering. Clear and prompt acknowledgement. Delivered as promised. Well packed. I checked the moisture level and it all seemed good.
Some options out of stock which effected my eventual choice and probably cost.

It's not our first time choosing this company, the price was reasonable but the overall size of the logs were smaller than our previous purchases so I split them into two piles. To many small pieces for liking but we have a smaller wood burner in our dining room so not a disaster.
I will use them again.
The delivery excellent, service very good , quality this time so so .

Used this company many times, and definitely recommend, wood is great ,love the fact they come in separate sacks , communication good with times of delivery .

Ordered the logs and other peripherals bits and bobs added to the order. Two days later the crate was sitting at home. No fuss, friendly lorry person and considerately carried out.
No problems at all and I've never had any after all these years. I thoroughly recommend this company for your log fires.

Prompt delivery, good quality logs and just perfect size for our cassette log burner.

Easy to find what I wanted & order. Paying by amazon cut out a load of fagging with payment

Super easy to order from this website and am very happy with my log delivery. Bought these logs last year and came back for more.

Great product. Tried all the others but prefer these. Easy, efficient ordering and payment. Quick delivery. pallet makes good kindling.

Great company to deal with! Used Uk Logs Direct for four years now! Always buy the large crates in Ash, or Oak! 100% happy with the quality and service!

Product always good. Delivery time advised and on schedule.

good log information, good price, with my help the driver and his pallet machine were able to go up my drive into my garage, i will be back to order next year thank you.

This is the third year I have purchased a full pallett of pini kay heatlogs. They burn really well, give off great heat and leave little mess. When we get our log burner serviced every year they always ash what we burn as everything is so clean and hardly any residue in the flu.
Website is easy to use plenty of delivery options. Arrived on time no issues
Highly recommend uk logs direct and the pini kay heat logs

Easy to use website. Quality logs and the delivery driver was very helpful, putting the logs exactly where we wanted them.
