Ordered boxes for shipping eBay goods, I was aware they were on back order by a few days. They were then delayed again, then again, at no point was I notified of this. This caused me problems and I had to order elsewhere in order to be able to ship my goods on time to customers. My advice to anyone is to double and triple check the availability and chase hard if you are waiting as there was no proactive reaching out to me with delay updates.
Ultimately I will be reordering with at least a month in hand to stop this happening again.

great communication and speedy delivery

Unfortunately, I don't like to give reviews of companies we buy from, but this UKPackging is really not trustworthy in its sales. I bought something on February 2nd, 2025, with the website promising delivery within 2 to 4 days. Today it's been 8 days and I haven't received my order. In the last call I spoke to, a customer service representative said it would be delivered today, but I didn't receive it. I called again and they told me it will be tomorrow. They are playing games with me and making me furious because I urgently need the product now. This is a lack of respect for the customer; it's not a serious company to do business with.

Great items, sent promptly but the courier they used was awful.
Dropped the package up the road at another address. Fortunately they know us and the elderly man managed to carry the items down the road to us.

Easy to order, good reporting of progress with order, prompt and efficient service, good product.

Straight forward to ordering and keeps us updated on order by email and contacted me to inform us that it will c9me in 2 parts as waiting for stock on 1 size bags I orded thanks

Wrong boxes delivered. Customer support has been ignoring our emails for the last week. Almost every order we get from UK Packaging has errors...over promise, under deliver (in every sense!)

They rang me lady whom rang me was lovely really helpfully but I don’t need the boxes I’m stuck them with gutted they were a lot of money

Pretty reasonable delivery time. Stated 2-4 days but after i called them to chase after 7 days i did receive the following day.
The product is priced very reasonably, and the quality is what we ordered.
Will purchase again.
