I have been purchasing bits and pieces with UK Packaging for a few years already and I am always happy with service, quality and all over experience.

Excellent service all round could not be faulted at all

I ordered a large batch of removal boxes from UK Packaging. While the delivery was fast and the quantity was exactly what I needed for a big move, I was disappointed with the thickness of the cardboard.

The boxes feel quite thin and I’ve had to practically wrap them in packing tape to ensure they don't burst or lose their shape. They are fine for light items like clothes, but I wouldn't trust them with books or kitchenware without significant reinforcement. Good for a budget move, but be prepared to buy extra tape!

As always from ordering to delivery...faultless

Good product. Had to chase delivery after I received a review email BEFORE the product had been delivered but when I contacted the company, I received a prompt response and the delivery arrived shortly afterwards. To be fair, this happened over the Christmas period, so service was good, just a premature review email.

Worst experience I had this far with any packaging company. I ordered 200 pieces for my Business at the end of November. After calling them twice and emailing repeatedly asking where my order is, I still haven’t received any reply or explanation. Not it is January and I still haven’t received my order! Stay away from this company!!!!!

The package arrived promptly and was securely wrapped.

Arrived in time for when I needed it thank you for efficiency / although left obviously on the doorstep however this is usual for delivery companies and it was just a giant roll of bubble wrap

late when you need them most. than incomplete. than not helpful customer support than late again. will never use again.

Had 4 orders from this company and they have all being delivered late.
The latest order was more than just late!
When I ordered I expected 3-5 days shipping as per their website, I didn’t hear anything for 8 days so I rang to find out where is my parcel. They tell me 1 of the items is out of stock and they agree to send the next size up for no extra cost and assured me that everything was shipping that day.
Next day comes round and the only thing that was delivered is the sized up items. Where’s the rest of my stuff??
So I ring again, to be told it’s all being sent and must be my fault. I tell them there is no way that all the items I ordered would fit inside the packaging and after some back and forth they agree to send the missing items.
Another week goes by and a delivery turns up at my house. Only to find that the package they sent is ripped to pieces in several areas and the items inside are very wet. Some of the items were wet where the packing was fine and I suspect they have sent wet products!
I rang their customer services team who were very apologetic and said to email in some pictures and they’d get right on it.
Over a week later I haven’t had any replies and now you email me asking to leave a review.
1 star from me ukpackaging, and I won’t be ordering again!

Placed an order on the 2nd of December, it's now the 11th and I've not heard a single word from them, no order updates, nothing! Sent them an email, no response. The only thing I received from them was the order confirmation email and that was it. The account on their website doesn't have anything useful regarding order tracking / updates either. I don't even know if the item I bought is out of stock? should I buy from somewhere else? Not happy at all with the lack of updates!

Love it , great alternative to kite packaging, I use both UK packaging offer cheaper amd alternative options which comes quite handy .
