Simple to order, and they arrived quickly. These locks and keys are fantastic.

Brilliant windows and doors and the door lock keys fit is amazing how thick it is and how secure it is.
Would highly recommend Ultion windows and doors and if needed will purchase again.
I like that I can register my door key so there can be no unauthorised keys cut what a brilliant idea.
The windows are great too they all lock and look amazing in.

Silly me (not long had them fitted) and I have already lost a window key but as the other window keys fit then this will be okay (did reach out to you in relation to another window lock key). I have two keys and three windows so at least I can lock all three windows.

Having had a front door key stuck in the lock, for obvious reasons I needed to get the issue resolved quickly!

I searched for a local company online and selected Ultion Lock. I called the website number and the whole process from then was slick and professional.

Alex was the locksmith who visited to resolve the issue about 3-hrs after my initial call. He was polite, helpful and everything was resolved within 30-mins.

I had a new front door installed which came with this locking system. It was registered right away by email. I have a code so no one can go and make duplicates of my front door key as it is registered. Lovely lock, smooth mechanism, good quality and great installers.

A new door I had fitted was equipped with an Ultion lock and three VERY substantial keys were supplied. These keys are not able to be copied by standard key-cutting shops, adding to home security.
Replacement keys are issued by Ultion themselves.

Easy to register

I am very impressed with Ultion , the Customer service is second to none, the lock came with some graphite lubricant and every 6 months I was sent a reminder to lubricate the lock, this kept the lock working perfectly

Secure lock with coded keys which are registered. New keys cannot be cut without me being alerted. Fitted by Woodstock Windows who were excellent throughout.
