Ultion Door Lock and Keys.
A new door I had fitted was equipped with an Ultion lock and three VERY substantial keys were supplied. These keys are not able to be copied by standard key-cutting shops, adding to home security.
Replacement keys are issued by Ultion themselves.

I am very impressed with Ultion
I am very impressed with Ultion , the Customer service is second to none, the lock came with some graphite lubricant and every 6 months I was sent a reminder to lubricate the lock, this kept the lock working perfectly

Secure lock with coded keys which are registered. New keys cannot be cut without me being alerted. Fitted by Woodstock Windows who were excellent throughout.

It's great that I got a 25year warranty…
It's great that I got a 25year warranty for anti corrosion and an anti burglar security of £5000. Registration was easy and the response was prompt I love the style of my door and look forward to feeling secure in the coming years with the added benefits

I asked a question regarding expensive postage to send a small tube of lubricant and no one bothered to reply. Poor customer service when we have just purchased a new door with your handles and locks

Great lock for new door.
This lock came with our new door and is a very strong and sturdy lock which gives you the security you need. Also to activate it to get the insurance from it is a bonus.

Slight problem
We have had a problem locking from inside, my husband went outside to lock ii. It seems ok at the moment have not called tbe fitter back as we are giving it time to see how it goes.

As the issue appears to have improved, we hope it was only temporary. However, if it does return, we'd recommend contacting your door fitter, as issues like this are often related to door alignment or the locking mechanism rather than the cylinder itself.
