very bad wifi with very slow speeds. the speed is maximum of 3mb/s. minimum 50kb/s. You need very good luck when buying one of their routers, because it depends on your luck for the router to be good or bad. see what I mean?? and the sales men gave fake specs about the router to my father just so that he can buy it. "50mb/s"

The internet is very slow and the customer service they don’t care if you have internet or if you doesn’t. I have a iPhone 13 I can’t make calls or texting .

Seriously outright doing stuff without you knowing, my internet speed been fine and fair for the first couple months of my fiber subscription then out of the blue it started cutting off randomly at night, then at 7am, after it became normal, they outright starts disconnecting me for no reason for few seconds then it goes back to normal, causing desync issues with servers im connected to, and my download speed went down from 60-70 MB/s to be limited to 12.9 MB/s for no reason, there was nothing in the contract mentioning this.

Do not try to use this company. you will lose credit and money without explaining the reasons. Never use your bank card. The worst mobile operator in Jordan.

Kos om this service its very bad it will make you go out of your religion and go back in and go out of it again,worst service ever and employees like trash,im so mich happier with orange and i hope no one goes through the pain of having umniah,we had it for 5 years and i wish we had no wifi instead

I do not trust this company since i am facing issues with my internet, and they do not care, and all what they say is we will contact you as soon as possible, and this statement means that you might have a call after a month, and never resolved a problem.

god dam its so bad running on portable wifi or phone data is faster than the wifi it self

the absolute worst internet connection network in Jordan! it feels like we pay money for no reason! our home Wi-Fi is supposedly the 'best' they offer and the time its not working is more than the time its working. it has reached a point where we have to call the customer service hotline 3 times a week! and none of the crap they say ever works; its not even consistent! a couple of months ago they said that the router device was flawed and advised us to go buy a new one from one of their branches as it was supposed to solve the problem and honestly it made it so much worse. my daughter has to physically sit beside the router to get a connection on her phone, and ever then it doesn't work properly! will definitely not be renewing our subscription next month or ever for that matter! i do not recommend it AT ALL and it should be your last desperate resort! umniah you should be ashamed of your entire company! a true disgrace to the country's telecommunication sector!

I don`t recommend it
I get very high ping, and low download speed
- I can`t reach 10 Mbps at morning, and at night i cant even reach 5 Mbps
- the ping at morning is 100 on the official server on speedtestbyookla, and at night it gets higher and higher, 500ms 600ms
I`m getting very tired from the connection issue on my router, it keeps turning off automatically, and i actually asked for help a lot of times.
they can`t do anything their cover is fucke* up,
I hope It gets better especially in Al-Qawasmah, Amman
also we really want a better costumer service

Very bad slow as hell worst company customer service is lazy bad internet 4mb/s 3k kilobyte on Thursdays sometimes in bad weather's its unusable and fiber is only supported in about 4 or 5 places while other companies have it almost everywhere I didn't even know they had one DO NOT BUY gonna get rid of it soon

I used this Jordanian company for 3 months now and I can say that for the first time in my life I'm satisfied with a network provider, even better than in Europe.
The personal was very friendly and helpful in the Umniah stores in Aqaba and Amman, and the prices are as for Jordanian standards.
The app is uncomplicated.
Some times the internet is slow, but this happens with every provider.
