Severely disappointed
The shop came measured up, asked if needed door plates I said yes...fitter came laid flooring never brought door plates but said would come back the same week to sort..never turned up this was about 4 weeks ago due to my work schedule I don't have time to chase the shop so won't go there again ever

I’ve bought my carpets & also beds from the crossgates Leeds branch many times in the past and they’ve never let me down. The staff in the shop are lovely & friendly & nothing seems too much for them. Thank you for a great experience.

Disappointed
I have used this company a lot but so disappointed with them this time!! They over charged me by adding an extra 4sqm (£16 per sq mt) of carpet onto my measurements for 'tuckage' so cost me £64 more than it should have. They offer a 10% discount to Blue Light workers which is fantastic but I feel this was then added back on with the 'tuckage' to cover the discount. Even the carpet fitter said they shouldn't have added the extra on when I showed him the measurements I took.

Loving my stripes
Got a new striped stairs and landing carpet from these guys in Crossgates , Leeds store last November. Competitive price ( carpet prices have skyrocketed since I last had a new carpet! ) for what I got and the fitting is superb- best I’ve had on my stairs ever - especially considering it’s striped and had to go round two winders . So all in all, job done 😊😊😊

I called to the Crossgates branch nch and…
I called to the Crossgates branch and was very happy with the service I got. They were polite and very helpful in helping me choose which carpet to get and choose the right underlay for it. You could have a laugh and joke. I will highly recommend family and friends.

Had my staircase and landing carpeted…
Had my staircase and landing carpeted last week the fitters turned up on time and worked tidily and clean and was fitted in no time at all a great job done
The next day a different team of fitters fitted my hall with laminate in the same fashion they are Evan coming on a Sunday to fit the laminate in my lounge and dining room can’t praise them enough a great fitting team
The staff in the shop were also very helpful with my choice of carpet and flooring and great prices too all in all 5* service

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH
Just had sons flat fitted with lounge and hall carpets from united carpets,crossgates,Leeds.
emailed wed,Andy came and measured thursday,he was polite helpful and friendly,next day Martin came and fitted,he was polite friendly and knew his trade,3 days from start to finish and got a decent discount as carpet was in stock and next day fitting,great service all round,wish they would reply to the reviews that customers take time to submit,it would show committment to customers if they did i would have given 5 stars however will use this company again

Great service
I used the Crossgates store in Leeds, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Carpet fitters were great and did a good job. Will go back again if I need more carpets

Highly recommend
Barry was so helpful and came to measure the job the same day. Once I had chosen the product, the fitter was available so quickly and did a brilliant job in no time at all.
We have used United carpets for 3 properties now and would highly recommend them. Lovely experienced team and great value for money.
