Carpet order and fitted on the agreed date.very reasonable price.
Did not purchase underlay as this was on the expensive side. However this did not affect me from purchasing. Underlay was purchased from another supplier.
Courtesy call the day before to confirm appointment and booking (which is great addition)
Fitters arrived on time as expected with a call prior to arrival
Used this company for many years and dont see any reason to stop using them now.

Carpet and fitting is fine
Carpet and fitting is fine. Took a couple of phone calls to chase after several weeks between purchase and delivery. Staff were polite in calls and said the carpet had been out of stock. This was inconvenient as the room had been emptied and proactive call to let me know would have been appreciated.

When i entered the shop I was ably assisted in making my choice of carpet.
The fitters arrived promptly on the arranged day and did a marvellous job, considering there was a lot of cutting involved.
The carpet was competitively priced and the fitting and underlay were included.

Visited united carpet store to have a look around and ended up ordering a carpet for our lounge earlier than planned. Kane was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he had so much time for us nothing was too much trouble. We'll definitely recommend the lady bay store.

Was upset that the carpet fitters cut up the remnants of the new carpet into smaller pieces, we could have used the excess if it had been kept more intact

I couldn't have asked for better service, all my questions were answered that I asked, plus it was also prompt delivery, all packaging was taken away and they also put the bed together for me.
I would recommend United carpets and beds to anyone prices were very good too.

I had a very poor experience at United Carpets and Bed. The store manager was unhelpful, dismissive, and lacked any form of customer service; I ended up taking legal action to resolve the matter. I would not recommend this store. Extremely disappointed.

Good choice of carpets in living room
Good choice of carpets, good range of prices. Ordering process was very easy and fast - carpets arrived and were fitted 4 days after I ordered them in store. Fitters were very nice and carpet looks great. Would definitely recommend.

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. Their sales practices are deceitful, and their customer service is appalling. For a company of this size, you'd expect clear communication about their terms and conditions of sales and good customer service, but Instead i experienced lack of transparency in the sale resulting in me taking action with my credit card company.
Their approach is unprofessional and untrustworthy. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Would not use again
Ordered carpet and after 4 weeks had to chase them? The fitters they use are messy and leave all the rubbish behind also used our toilet without asking not a real issue but would expect them to ask.
