Shame about the fitters
Since buying my house I have used United for all my floor covering. Always a great choice and lovely staff. HOWEVER, this last bunch of fitters must have come from Wish. I have fitters to do a better job than I could do. Not this time. They didn't even bother to match the pattern on the downstairs lino. 😞

Excellent service
Excellent service again from the Lady Bay store. Good choice and quality of carpets. After choosing our carpet our room was measured the next day. Good communication. Fitters were friendly and did an excellent job. Only took 12 days from ordering to fitting. Would recommend.

Great carpet shame about the fitter …
Really happy with the help I received in store by Shane at the ladybay branch in Nottingham he advised me & even allowed me to take a sample home so I could see if it worked in my house. He also came round to measure up for me so that was all good. I was not so happy with the guy who came round to take up my old carpet & fit the new one. He complained it was a big job for one man ( even though he must have been informed what the job was beforehand). I’d moved as much furniture as possible but I did say the wardrobe would need a be moved (I’d emptied it) he promptly dragged it across the room partly pulling the back off! Then when he fitted the stairs carpet he put the gripper bar in the wrong place leaving me unable to close my door.when I rang him after he’d left & I realised the door wouldn’t shut he informed me that he knew it wouldn’t close & he’d left it for someone else to deal with! That said the carpet was well fitted & I’m very happy with the carpet I chose just disappointed by the attitude of the fitter.

Nice experience, but we wish we had been told about the drawbacks of buying an end of roll carpet. The fitter said it would not lay flat, and he would probably need to come back to re-stretch it. This means it has to be cut again. He was right, it’s a bit lumpy.

Great service
Great service as always. Been using the same place (before the move to ladybay) for a few carpets now. Staff helpful at tge shop very smooth transaction. Fitting was perfect. Carpet looks lovely very happy customer.

Very friendly fitters
Very friendly fitters, no problem for them to move heavy settees, only took an hour to fit large lounge with underlay and carpets..and they loved my dogs.

Disappointed customer. Will never recommend
Bought 3 beds which were for delivery in 3 weeks. That was more than 2 months ago and still waiting. There is still no expected delivery date. No apologies or plausible explanation for such an unreasonable delay.

Great choice in store then samples of my short list were brought to my home to make my final decision.
Fitters turned up on time and did a great job. Very efficient. Highly recommend.

We had all our upstairs done today, beautiful carpets and the 3 lads that fitted them were brilliant, did a fantastic job, I’ll be back to get my living room done soon, highly recommend united carpets

Fitters were great and did a wonderful job.
Fitters were great and did a wonderful job only complaint is so much rubbish was left grippers etc which are a hazard. Also where has the days gone of actually someone professional coming to to measure it to make sure it is right especially it being a landing, stairs and hall.This is why i have taken a star off for the rubbish left and no help in measuring you measure it we were told.But a great carpet and great job done all in all.

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. No high pressure selling. Good quality carpet and underlay. Fitting was simple, plenty of slots available and they arrived when planned. Would definitely recommend the Ladybay Retail park store.
