Poor service standards
We have been let down very badly by the staff and service level at this branch. They supplied and fitted a carpet with a fault. Then despite us being amicable and agreeing a discount to be applied against a future purchase, we have been let down badly with the supply of the next carpet. This is despite checking initially that there would be no problem with future supplies. Having got to the 3rd delay in delivery and fitting , we no longer had any confidence in their abilities to fulfil the order, particularly as throughout we have had the chase them as calls have not been returned.

My first time using this company.
I bought 3 carpets from the southport branch. Had them fitted today. Very happy indeed. The whole process was extremely easy. Starting with the online carpet selection. Being able to view the carpets in youre actual rooms by photograph upload was really stress free. When I finally chose my carpet and colour I called the shop snd spoke to Chris the manager and he actually ended up selling me a better carpet at the same price ( surplus stock)
He even went out of his way on his day off to message me with pictures etc. Nothing was too much ..all of the staff from measuring. Shop assistants and fitters are extremely friendly and professional... 100% recommend them.
Even in 30% heat the fitters done a great fast job. Thanks to you all Dave.

The bed was great
The bed was great , the parts need marking better . Carpet no good , still loosing fibres and bald patch getting bigger , lots of carpet pills .

Amazing experience
From entering the shop to carpet fitted we had a helpful and service centred experience, no pressure to buy just take your time and they were there when you needed them. Will definitely get any future flooring form here

Very Disappointing Experience
I would not recommend United Carpets and Beds Lincoln branch
I was quoted and charged for a Quality, higher priced flooring product, but a different lower-priced click flooring was installed without my knowledge or approval. Fortunately, I identified the difference by checking the product details.
I have raised this issue with the branch but have not received a satisfactory response. Based on my experience, I would advise customers to carefully check that the product installed matches the product they were quoted and invoiced for before making any final payment.

Friendly and helpful staff in Wrexham branch. Good range of carpets to choose from and reasonably priced.
Carpet fitters were great , including fitting the carpet into airing cupboard around the tank without a joint. Not the first time we've used United Carpets and would definitely recommend on our experience.

Overall happy but could do better
We were very happy with the sales team and the fact they would hold the carpets and flooring until we were ready as we were renovating. We had most carpets fitted in one day and as the hall still needed doing the fitter stated he would leave the door bars for when that was done. It wasn't until the fitter came to do that we found out they should have been fitted when the bedroom carpets were laid. Also the living room carpet was starting to bulge it transpired the original fitter removed the gripper from under the radiator and tried to glue the carpet clearly didn't work.

Two carpet fitted two carpets in lounge…
Two carpet fitters to fit carpets in lounge and hall and move all furniture. Worked hard and finished all the work, underlay included, in less than 6 hours. Really pleased and looks great. Well done Adam and Craig from the Sleaford branch.

Great value, great quality
Very happy with our recent purchase from United Carpets in Mansfield. This was our second order from them and each time, they have been great value for money and great quality. We don’t tend to even shop around anymore as we always end up back at United due to them being much cheaper than other places like Wilson’s etc. The assistants in store are always happy to help you work out prices, etc and we were even able to bring a sample home to check it looked right in the room. The process from ordering to fitting was smooth and the fitting team were fab both times. The phone call about 20 mins before they arrived was super helpful too and the team were really friendly as well which makes a big difference when they’re coming into your home. Will definitely order again when the time comes!
