Really friendly in the shop the carpet fitter was here with in 2days to fit my carpet. Been going here for the past 30 years I wouldn't use any other shop would highly recommend.

Just used Paul and his team at United Carpets in Burslem.
They have fitted a LVT floor in our lounge and to say we are pleased would be an under statement, we are absolutely over the moon with it.
It looks fantastic and the fitting is nothing short of perfect.
The fitter Steve was a gent and it was a pleasure to have him in our home.

No pressure and skilled staff
Really great staff, not pushy or following us around, allowing us to look around and ask questions when needed.
Helped us with our choices and quickly got us all sorted out.
I believe the fitters were subcontracted, and although one spent pretty much the entire time on his phone and all scrap/off cuts were left around the place, they did a very good job of fitting and a few months on I'm still happy with the job done and the price.
I got this place recommended and I can see why, knowledge, experience, price, speed and a no pressure environment.

I purchased my carpet from united…
I purchased my carpet from united carpets Burslem 2 years ago.
Recently we had a stain which we couldn't remove. The carpet was Abington with a lifetime guarantee.
I spoke to Paul at united carpets and he has arranged for my carpet to be replaced, the customer service was excellent and Paul was extremely helpful and friendly.
I would definitely recommend having your carpets from united carpets . Excellent service.

ENDLESS PATIENCE FROM ALL INVOLVED
A great deal of help from staff at the store and in my home. Choosing the right carpet is not easy, especially covering an whole floor of rooms. The results makes my house into my home - and at a very reasonable cost.

All Staff are very helpful
All Staff are very helpful, the gentleman that comes to measure up is also fab. We had a really positive experience using this company in burslem. We will not use anywhere else now. Recommended to family who have also used this store. Again all are happy with their purchases too. Carpet quality is good Carly what we wanted for our stairs.
