Similar to other users here. I was in a rush to renew and I didn't notice it was not the official website, my fault but very misleading it being at the top of the search result. Also very suspicious that it's does appear as easily afterwards. paid +£100 for an application i could've done myself and for the same effort. I'm now also worried they have my passport details.
Update - I don't know whether this has anything to do with this post or just coincidence, but they've just cancelled the payment, as I had an existing ESTA application. Customer service were very good about it. Therefore, I'm changing from a 1 star to 3 star.

This website is very misleading, it is set out to look like the official US government website and it is the first website to come up when doing a Google search, however even though it looks like the official government website, it is not! I completed the form and processed it, the ESTA charge of 21 dollars is stated but no other costs are mentioned, it was only when I received my confirmation e - mail that it was stated that a cost of 120 dollars had been charged to my account which was a complete surprise to me. I have e - mailed them to complain and have requested a reimbursement. Please do not be tricked as I was and instead use the official government website to request your ESTA.

I regret my decision. I previously used the official site for ESTA applications, but this time I mistakenly chose a different site that appeared legitimate based on the top search result. I just spent nearly £400 on four ESTAs for my family and only realized it when my banking app alerted me. I feel foolish for not noticing sooner. Now, I see that the official US government website appears at the top of subsequent ESTA searches without ads, leading me to suspect a pay-to-play scheme involving Google.

This website is a scam. They are charging 121 dollars for a visa, which should cost no more than 21 via the official website. I did not notice this was not the official website and was surprised when they charged me.

This website is a scam. Do not use it. They charged me US$170 for an ESTA visa when the cost of the visa is $20 if done directly on the ESTA website.

They never show the total charge during the application process; you only find out when you pay.

I helped an elderly friend apply for an ESTA. At no time did it say “ we are a private company” on its website just says US immigration support. At no time does it say it’s going to charge $120. My Friend genuinely thought this was a cosher site. Do not use them. I have advised her to contact her credit card company to see if they can assist her.

I picked up my passport today and wanted to buy esta, unfortunately I came across usimmigrationsupport - I didn't notice that it wasn't the official website even though I was looking for one... I only found out after paying USD 121 (the website didn't give any information on how much I would pay). I provided all passport, address and employment details and, of course, credit card details. Does this company collect data? is it unsafe company? Did I just got scammed?
I wrote to them to send my money back. waiting..
in the meantime, I reserved my passport and card...

Update: Just got my money back after sending e-mail to usimmigrationsupport.

AS PER THE OTHER CUSTOMER, I DIDN'T NOTICE THAT THIS WAS A SPONSORIZED WEB SITE AND NOT THE OFFICIAL ONE, SO I FILLED ALL THE INFORMATIONS AND PAID WITH MY CREDIT CARD. ONLY AT THE END I CHECKED THE AMOUNT IN MY CREDIT CARD APPLICATION AND SAW THAY THEY CHARGED 5X THE REGULAR AMOUNT OF 21 USD. SO I WROTE THEM AN EMAIL SAYING THAT MY TRIP HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND THAT I DIDN'T NEED ANY MORE THE ESTA, AND THAT I WANTED TO BE REFUNDED. WITHIN 10 MINUTES THEY ANSWERED BACK THAT MY REQUEST WAS CORRECTLY CANCELLED AND THEY THEY WOULD HAVE REFUND MY CREDIT CARD. NOW AFTER 5 HOURS I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE MONEY BACK, I HOPE THAT IN THE FOLLOWING HOURS SOMETHING WILL HAPPEN. IN THE MEANWHILE I MADE A NEW APPLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL WEB SITE AND I AM WAITING FOR THE ESTA. THEY ARE FRAUD AND I FEEL MYSELF SO STUPID TO FALL IN THEIR GAME :-(

Undeniably a scam company that collects personal information. My credit card company denied the payment. I cheked for the reason and that is the answer I got.

scam. top of google to trap unsuspecting people just trying to get a visa to go to USA. worst of the worst. do not use.

I just fell into their trap as their website came up as 1st result when I Googled ESTA. They charged me nearly £100 for the application. Luckily, I realised it is a scam (you can say legal scam) straightaway so I went to official ESTA web to submit my application. 2 hours later I received their email saying they attempted to apply for a visa but there is already an application submitted with my passport number, and therefore, they will not charge me the fee. A moment later, my credit card shows that the money is back. PLEASE AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COST! I have also reported to Google. Google must be held accountable for these scam websites!

This website is a scam. Stay away and don't apply for a ESTA here. They charge $121 instead of $21 for and ESTA.

Taking advantage of people who are unaware of the US VISA process and cost, this company shouldn't exist.
