One more example that you have to be always alert in the internet. I took this site for the official one - I missed the tine line on the opening screen. When I got to paying, I saw something must be wrong: $121, not $21! I went back to find out, saw the line, cancelled to purchase. But i'm not so much worried about 100 dollars, but about all the personal information I already filled in on screen - did that register with them?

As everyone, when I saw the bank charge I realized it was a scam. Thanks to the people here explaining that immediately contacted them to demand the money back, I did it, and they say they stopped the process and I received all my money. Solved in 30 minutes. Thanks TRUSTPILOT!

Google search engine automatically took me to this site [usimmigrationsupport.net]. When I searched for US electronic visa on my iPhone.

This copy cat scam website is wilful deceitful for an unnecessary service. They will refund your money if notice quickly [within an hour]. Send your request for a Refund Payment for fraudulent ESTA Application to:
billing at usimmigrationsupport.net They don’t want any dispute payments on the merchant accounts. Were they to receive too many disputed payments the credit card companies would prevent them from making any transactions.

Google also to blame for these copycat scams taking ad money for an unnecessary service.

Vraag hier geen Esta aan. Bijzonder misleidend. Ze vragen veel informatie van je dat niet nodig is voor het proces. Door het heen en weer mailen duurt het langer. Later zag ik dat ze 120e hebben geïncasseerd van mijn creditcard. Ik heb het bedrag teruggevraagd en de order geannuleerd, email gestuurd naar
info&us-immigrationsupport.org (let op: & moet een @ zijn maar dat mocht niet van de redactie hier). Het geld is gelukkig teruggestort. Ik heb op de officiële site een nieuwe aanvraag ingediend en de vragenlijst was veel minder lang. Bovendien is het binnen een halve dag akkoord bevonden.

Its a SCAM and Fraud Website, I noticed after i paid the 120 USD and then i requested immediate refund , ..few mins after they refunded the money i do not understand How US Gove let them do advertise this

It is unofficial site, that pays for Google Ads to show at as the top results charging much more for "facilitating" application.

Som alla andra antog jag detta var den officiella sidan ansökte och betalade $121. Googlade info om sidan, en advokatbyrå med följande återbetalningspolicy: "alla produkter som köps från denna webbplats är fullt återbetalningsbara inom 90 dagar. Skrev ett mejl och bad dem återbetala $100 och det funkade. Inom 1 dygn hade täckningsreservation på kortet ändra från $121 till $21. Men nog hann man bli både arg och orolig.

Didnt realise until after I had submitted that this is not the government site. They have copied the official page and only in tiny writing added that they are only a separate entity. Then they charge $120 rather than $21. SCAM.

Like many I was caught out by this website thinking it was the government's official website. I completed the forms, entered my credit card and after submission realised i was not informed of the fee. My credit card immediately showed 97 pounds (around 121 dollars). I was horrified that i'd fallen for this website's services. However comments here helped me to understand that I could request a cancellation of the service. I did this by replying to their confirmation of service email. Customer services responded quickly saying the service would be cancelled and my money would be returned and it was almost immediately. So i did feel scammed but then customer services were really responsive. I've given a 1 for customer services. This company is best avoided as its expensive and not actually providing any service - applying by the government website is actually easier than completing their documents. I guess they make their money from people who don't notice the fee or don't complain. Terrible, as it could be someone who really can't afford to lose that money.

As everyone here, i just paid the 120USD for ESTA thinking it is the official site.

Asked for refund and after 30 minutes got an email back with the approval for the refund.

I intended to request a ESTA and this site appeared first in my Google search. It seemed the official site, but it is not. The webpage is very misleading.
I was charged 121 USD and the correct cost should be 21 USD.
I have just requested the immediate refund of the 121 USD and I am waiting for the response.
Update: I got the response on the same day. They cancelled the charge on my card.

It looks like the official website but it isn't. It just cost 100$ more than regulary. DON'T USE IT.

Site looks like a US Gov site, and charges more for the ESTA, but asks for all the same info you need to lodge the ESTA for free through Gov website. Annoying that they pay to appear above the US Gov site, even when you search for ESTA Gov site.

As like everybody else I thought I was applying for an ESTA on the official gov site. Very misleading and the site does not mention any price at all for their "service". Only after my credit card was charged I noticed the massive fee of 120$. I messaged their customer service immediately and got a reply a few minutes later that they hat cancelled my processing request and will be refunding my money. Can only hope they will go through with it. Lessons learned

it's a borderline scam. Like others I was rushing and from google search just proceeded without any idea of the cost until I had already paid - thinking it was official so thre was no choice. The website seemed 'official' - until you look at the web address which is misleading.
When I realised the next day - and it was a reminder to read finer print - I requested a refund, and got back the processing fee of $99US. So in that regard they were prompt and did not challenge it.

Of course as other people I got ripped off and learned about it just at the moment when my card was charged. I was surprised that there was neither screen for data confirmation nor info about the price, but I still went for it....
I immediatelly went to official website and applied through there (has some problems with page loading, but eventually paid there) and wrote an email to this 'usimmigrationsupport' stating that I no longer need their services since I was misguided to believe they are the official one. Asked for the money back and data deleted.

Money just came back to my account. I don't know what's going to happen with the data tho.

They just e-mailed me back stating they cancelled the order, authorisation has been voided and that they have deleted all the personal info. That's one good thing.

I am very advanced in tech and always aware of scams etc, so I am trully shocked that I got myself into this situation so easily. Be careful people :(
