je confirme : arnaque !!!
je confirme: site imitant celui du gouvernement US dans le but d'encaisser un montant ridiculement haut de $139 pour un service qui coute 21$.
je m'en suis aperçu au prélèvement plusieurs jours après avoir passé commande, j'ai fait un email au service client pour demander remboursement.
PS: remboursement effectué rapidement aprés la demande mais ils ont les infos passeport et carte credit
on ne sait pas ce qu'ils ont des info passeport et cb, c'est le plus inquietant.

Same for me. I thought I was making an official application but now learned I paid £260 more than I should have. Lesson learned. I checked the application numbers on the official website and found that they are at least real. Rip off.

I feel like this site is extremely DECEPTIVE. Let me clarify this: you do not need to use this site for an ESTA. It’s a fraction of the cost to go to the US Government website for ESTA directly yet this site advertises heavily using words associated with the government site and presents itself on a way that makes you feel it IS the government site.

Yes I also made the mistake of using this website and I'm feeling a bit of an idiot. However I immediately emailed them to request the application be cancelled, citing their refund policy, and that I be refunded the full amount, which they did almost immediately.
Big lesson learned in checking the small print on websites.

Yo también he caído en la misma estafa
Yo también he caído en la misma estafa, pagando 121 euros en lugar de 21. Cuando protesté me contestaron que eran una agencia intermediaria y autorizada que también da asistencia. Sin embargo, les he hecho una consulta concreta sobre documentación para atravesar la frontera y me han contestado la obviedad de que habrá policía de control. En fin, mucho ojo con la apariencia de estas páginas porque el gobierno de EEUU las permite y siguen sacando dinero a quien busca obtener el ESTA.

Feel like an idiot as I was so excited to be going away I just clicked on the first thing and thought it was 21$. Ended up paying lots more like everyone else on this thread. Can see that people on this thread got a refund but I have requested one and they aren’t responding. Can get a chargeback through bank which will not be good for their company, but this is a lot more long winded. Shameful, not sure why they won’t just refund me the difference when they have for so many others!

J’ai demandé l’annulation immédiate de la commande ainsi que le remboursement intégral par mail à 14h40.
Conformément à votre politique de remboursement « satisfait ou remboursé sous 90 jours », je vous prie de bien vouloir procéder au remboursement intégral sur la carte ayant servi au paiement initial.
À défaut, je me réserve le droit de porter plainte et de signaler ce site aux autorités compétentes.

Varning för denna Websida, en ren bluff!
För det första så blev jag debiterad 130$ för en tjänst som skulle kosta 20$! Fick spärra mitt kort så att det inte drogs något på mitt konto, vid kontakt med företaget så drogs kravet tillbaka och endast 20$ drogs. Dock sökte jag för två personer, så det borde ha varit 40$... Sökte via .gov istället åt min fru och det gick bra. MEN vid utresa från Landvetter, så visade det sig att min ansökan INTE fanns i systemet, så det blev till att söka via .gov istället och dessutom köpa en ny biljett för det facila priset av 12000 :-, och bli blåst på 9600 :-. Slutklämmen är att Usimmigrationsupport är ett bluff företag!
Att detta företag inte har stoppats av Us myndigheter är förvånande.

Ask for a refund and it can work
The website is not exactly a scam just a service that has a high fee for doing what the US ESTA version will do for $21. However , if like me , you fell for it all is not lost. It does say they have a refund policy and they are true to their word. I wrote and asked for a refund. They said that as my application was going through they wil only charge me the $21 as per official site. So I cannot complain about that.
