This appeared on top of Google search and looks very deceiving. Fortunately I felt things were not right after paying for the first application. Otherwise I would be scammed for hundreds of US dollars. I immediately do all the application on the official site and luckily I got all the refund as they were late and couldn't submit the application. I think Google search is the major issue as they shouldn't place this close to scam site on top of their search at all.

As already mentioned avoid this website. I applied for the ESTA Visa thinking I’d be charged $21 but was charged $139. I didn’t realise at first but saw my credit card purchases on banking app next day and was horrified.
To give credit I emailed the company and they got back quickly and said they’d refund the difference which I’m now waiting to show on my banking app.
Question is why do these companies do this, I assume they are working on the theory that a lot of people won’t complain and pocket easy money for doing nothing 🤬🤬🤬🤬.

Pure Abzocke! 100$ Gebühren für nix! Finger weg. Ich hab es zu spät gemerkt und konnte es somit nicht mehr stornieren.

It's a scam! The website is a top search result for ESTA and is replicated to lead you to believe it's an official service but it's not. It doesn't show you the upfront cost of application and does not let you review the application - it changes you $139 for an application that costs $21! Avoid at all cost, report them if you fell for it like I did, dispute the transaction with your bank, and request that they delete all your personal information.

They're a scam. I know how to apply for an esta, and they make their website look like it is the official website; I really thought I was on the gov website, but I clearly should have checked the url more closely. They also don't disclose how much their charges are, which did seem odd, but I again didn't look too closely. $139 later, compared to the expected payment of $41, I've been taken for a fool.

Hier een Esta gekocht omdat ik dacht dat dit de officiele site was. Toen ik mijn creditcardgegevens bekeek was er ruim 120 euro gereserveerd. Een Esta zou ongeveer 46 kosten.
Het zat me niet lekker en ben ik verder gaan zoeken en kwam hier een review tegen. Ook direct gemaild om te annuleren. Binnen een paar minuten al bevestiging van annulering en betaling was ook al geannuleerd op creditcard. Dat dan weer wel. Maar hier dus geen esta aanschaffen, je bent drie keer zoveel geld kwijt.

This company/website is a third party NOT the US government. They will charge you over £100 for an ESTA, if you go directly through the US .gov government website you will be charged £16/21$. I made this mistake and after contacting the company via email (usimmigrationsupport) they have cancelled the transaction and have said they will not be charging my account.

Summary,
Expensive, but honest in returning the money after contact was made. Company seems legitimate and trustworthy, but their service is very expensive.

100% a scam. The have made there website look like it is government and the name is also looks like it. During payment no amount was named. The will steal 100 euro from you and it is nothing better than applying directly with ESTA.

SCAM do not use - I rushed to get my esta and didn't realise how much they charged me until I saw it on my account a little while later. avoid at all costs - also shocking that this was the first link on google. poor from them.

Just like everyone here. I wanted to urgently apply for my ESTA and didn't realise this was not the official US GOVERNMENT website, it was top on the ESTA search and had close resemblance to the government page. They charged me £111.56 via a payment portal called EVISAFEE.com for an application that cost $21 on the US government website. I have now completed my application on the government website and paid ONLY $21. I have emailed them to refund my money and have notified my bank of this fraudulent transaction. I am deeply worried that they have so many personal information about me. They need to safely destroy all our personal information that they hold.

I emailed this company and messaged EVISAFEE.com and my payment was immediately refunded in full.

As others I didnt read the fine print and got charged the extra 100$ fee... i didnt even receive an order number yet but messaged them ASAP after i notived all the money missing.. I never even authorised that payment, it said it would lead me to the authorisation WHERE I WOULDVE SEEN THE PRICE but just went through without... i dont know how that is even possible...

Messaged billing and support email right after to try to cancel and get a refund... will see if that works..
I sure hope so, if not my bank said to take measures in hand for me, lets se...

Auch ich war so doof auf die offizielle Aufmachung der Seite reinzufallen, dank der Infos in den anderen Bewertungen konnte der Antrag umgehend storniert werden, Rückmeldung des Unternehmens mit Stornierungsbestätigung kam eine halbe Stunde später.

J'ai payé 121$ pour le documents ESTA d'une valeur de 21$. Quand je me suis aperçu de l'arnaque, j'ai répondu par email en mentionnant mon désacord et ils ne m'ont débités que les 21$ . Le ESTA fourni est bien valide (vérifié sur le site officiel).

Absolut unseriös- die Einreisegebühren für USA betragen 21 USD nicht 121 USD. Eine Frechheit. Bitte aufpassen!

it happened to my husband yesterday as well, same story... he was misleaded by their website that looks similar to the official website and was charged 121 dollars. Except that he provided a bad quality photo and he received an email asking to send a better resolution...can someone say if this service provides a real ESTA or is it fake? should he send his picture or will they make a fraudulent use of it?

Do not Recommend! Similar to all other comments here you can do this service by your self, the site is very tricky and it cost only $21 not $121

Für 100 $ mehr erhält man keinen Mehrwert. Wer nicht rechtzeitig reagiert ist sein Geld los. Schade das so die ersehnte USA Reise einen kleinen Beigeschmack bekommt.
Fazit: Finger weg von dieser Machenschaft !

Auch ich bin auf das professionelle Design der Website und die Toplage als Suchergebnis Nr.1 auf google hereingefallen. 100$ zuviel für den gleichen Service - eine Frechheit.
Ich habe den Irrtum u.a. dank Trustpilot innerhalb weniger Minuten bemerkt, bin dann den Informationen auf der Rubrik "refund policy" der Website gefolgt und habe Anträge + Zahlung sofort per Mail storniert. Bereits nach einer halben Stunde kam eine Antwort, die die Stornierung bestätigte. Also schnell handeln, wenn die Abzocke auffällt!

Betrügerische Website, ein ESTA kostet 21 USD und hier werden 121 USD berechnet. Domain erweckt den Anschein einer offiziellen Plattform, was sie aber nicht ist.
