The rucksack is great but I wonder how I can make it secure for travelling. I am having to look for a padlock system to secure the many zips.
I was disappointed with the delivery company as they put it over my 6' garden gate and didn't put a note in my door. Luckily I was out in the garden one day and noticed it down the side alley. A note in my door would have helped.

I recently had an issue with my Vanguard tripod head, so I contacted the company and they asked me to send the item for inspection. The company identified the fault and promptly returned the item repaired and free of charge.

Ordering direct from the Vanguard was quick, simple and good customer service. The added bonus the camera back I bought was cheaper than you could find in the shops so I will probably by direct from them again. Overall excellent service.

Easy online purchase with very quick delivery.

I’ve vanguard products and have been using them for many years now, I have x3 bags and x2 tripods and the quality and customer service is second to none.

A few years ago I decided to buy a Vanguard gh300T tripod head pistol grip with camera trigger built in. Not cheap at near £130, but, as a photographer interested in wildlife and aircraft photography it has become invaluable. The ability to aim, shoot and lock the head with one hand whilst the other remains free to zoom or adjust settings is absolutely invaluable for fast and precise use.

The unit is extremely well made and robust with many features, some of which I have tested but not used for my style of photography. My only problem was when I snapped off the 2.5mm jack pin by catching the cable on a tree branch whilst moving position. Entirely my fault.

Vanguard have been excellent. Attempting repair, which was not possible, but supplying a new head at a discount and returning the old, which is still eminently useable without the trigger. I've simply taped on an external trigger!

I had a particular requirement for a back pack when visiting the Photography Show at the NEC. After reviewing all manufacturers at the show and with the help of a very patient customer advisor I selected a VEO Adaptor R48. Unfortunately this model had sold out on the stand, however, I ordered one at the special show price and received it, delivery free very promptly. I am very pleased with my purchase and buying experience.

Bought a camera backpack (VEO adapter R48) at the Photography Exhibition at the NEC and it was delivered very quickly thereafter.
The bag is great and very good quality for the price but the tripod attachment lets it down a bit and I've subsequently lost the loose strap..
I did feed back my opinion to them and someone actually phoned to discuss.. looking forward to seeing a redesigned tripod attachment point..

Met Vanguard at the Photography show and just missed out on buying at the show so they gave me a discount code which I used to buy my tripod online instead. Really happy with the product and the customer service.
