First, I received a camera bag, and then weeks later, FedEx demanded some fees. If I had known this amount before or during the delivery, I would have simply refused it. This bag isn't worth the price plus the FedEx fees.

Delivered on time and items were just right.

The tripod I have is over 40 years old, to find that Vanguard still produces spare parts is quite incredible and a real credit to the company.

It's a great gun thing to hold and keep the gun steady on a tripod. The great thing is, is you can use any heavy duty tripod you have. It works very well in the field.

My first experience was 2 star because they used a DPD as their transporter who gave me a time for delivery but came a hour sooner, I was not in. Then message .e to collect it from a shop in the city. I cancelled the order. How every second attempt from Wex cameras was star. Vanguard camera case was 5 star

Just over a year ago I bought a Vanguard tripod from a small company near me. To keep this short, I recently had a problem with it and tried to contact the company I bought it off, but found it had closed. I contacted Neil at Vanguard and explained my problem. He said he hadn't experienced it before, could I send a photo, I did, he asked where and when I bought it, which I replied to. Later that day he offered a choice of 2 new (updated) replacements as they no longer made the one I had. I chose 1 of them after asking his advice on a few things and it was with me 2 days later. Excellent after service and helpful assistance with questions. Thanks Neil.

It would be hard to find a company that cares more for its customers. I made an enquiry about a replacement part for an old tripod head and it looked as though it was unavailable so I was resigned to purchase new, but a couple of hours later they mailed me to say that they had found one (ex-demo) on a tripod in their stores and offered it to me at a bargain price. I paid and it arrived next day. Sadly for Vanguard, I am now in tripod heaven and it is unlikely I will need to buy anything anytime soon. As and when I do, they will get my business. An outstanding level of service. Thank you

Just the right size. Holds 4 battery's perfectly along with more than enough memory cards

I contacted Vanguard World UK about a problem with a pair of their binoculars that I had purchased. The optics of the binoculars were excellent but they were let down by thin eye-tubes which had cracked and parted from the binoculars. I enquired to see if these could be repaired and I was delighted when I was told that a replacement pair of binocular would be sent to me. I wasn't expecting this and it took only 5 days from my enquiry to receiving the new pair. Clearly Vanguard UK is a company that values its customers and I am delighted to recommend them, as they are happy to solve any issue you have with their products quickly and without fuss. I can also report that my first impression of the new binoculars is that the design has been improved and the thin eye-tubes are now made of a thicker more durable looking plastic. What a game changer top piece of fit should of bought one years ago

I recently purchased an Alta Pro Plus tripod from Amazon, however, when it arrived it had a faulty extendable handle but rather than return it to Amazon I contacted Vanguard who shipped me a replacement part. This was excellent service as it was very quickly and professionally dealt wirh It is so nice to be able to contact a company and actually deal with a person from start to finish. They take a real pride in their product, which is really nice to see and the tripod is very nicely made and designed.
I also have an Alta Sky 53 backpack, which again shows the same high quality and well thought out design.
I will definitely be buying more of their products in the future.

My old binoculars had a broken eye cup. when I contacted Vanguard for a replacement, I was told they were very difficult to replace, and offered me a replacement new pair of binoculars at a price I couldn't refuse. Great service, and very pleased with my new binoculars
