Echoing what everyone else has previously stated but I have NOTHING good or positive to say about this pathetic company. Split screen baby monitor barely made it a year and their “customer service” is zero help. Such a waste of money.

Do not buy this company‘s product purchased the double camera monitor from Amazon which stated one year to 18 month warranty from the manufacture I have just gone through a week of arguing through Amazon back-and-forth with Vava with Vava stating it’s Amazon ‘s responsibility to fix it Amazon stating no it’s not we don’t even have a contract with them anymore and their supervisors basically say the same thing they cannot replace the monitor the monitor is a few months old it goes blank it will not charge the stand pops off and won’t maintain the weight of the monitor and apparently this is a problem that this company has extensively yet the manufacture will not replace their defective product. The company literally does not stand behind their own product that they manufacture. Buy anything else do not buy from this company they are a disgraceful business selling defective baby products.
When I asked to speak to a manager or to obtain a corporate number and told that they don’t have any managers and they don’t have a corporate number.

Vava baby monitor - If I could give 0 stars, I would. We brought our camera through Australia Amazon due to the site only being available in America and Canada. We received our camera, and straight from opening, the camera had issues with connection. We tried to resolve this ourselves by doing factory resets, etc. Unfortunately, these didn't work. Suddenly, our screen then started blacking out at different times and just not working. This is when we reached out to vava, and they told us to factory reset. We followed their instructions, and they did not help. We advised them of this, and we were told it was our badluck pretty much. They offered a discount code to buy another which doesn't even work in our country... Therefore, pointless. I am so disappointed in customer service and the product. I would not recommend buying tjis product.
horrible experiences
This camera is good but terrible when it comes to connection. I bought my camera a year ago and it’s completely trash; it connects to my Wi-Fi and then tells me that there’s no internet connection. The camera keeps disconnection and it’s very hard to reconnect it or it doesn’t reconnect at all. I’ve tried to reach out to costumer service but they haven’t been much help at all. If I had a choice before I bought this camera I would’ve never gotten it.
Poor Quality, mine was dead in 36 months!
Bought a VAVA dashcam exactly 3 years ago and it just died! Out of warranty but 3 years is a very short life for an expensive dashcam! They just wash their hands of it, totally uninterested.
I would warn everybody against purchasing one of their products. They are rubbish quality and the company offers zero customer service!
Awful customer service
All previous reviews are true. Purchased a baby monitor, still haven’t received and the tracking number provided has no available shipping date. Customer service is poor and keep giving the same, “these are difficult times so shipping is delayed,” response. Have ordered many products from different companies since November and have had no shipping problems. I would recommend staying away from this company.

This company is poor on customer service and their return policy sucks
I bought a 4k dash cam because the $35 regular vava that I bought at bjs record when it feels like someone rubbed the side of my car the regular camera could not prove the guy wrong so I choose to upgrade to the 4k for $199.99 from Vava.com so I bought it online after I bought it I reviewed the website after I realized I am not the only experiencing the this craziness I decided to returned the product before I received it which I did I have been fighting and calling for my refund they received there product unopened telling me I have to wait 10 day to verify my fund to returned my it is almost 15 days still cannot get my $199.99 back please stay away from this company they sucks.

Agree with all the bad reviews. Baby monitor worked fine for a month or so before losing connection and not working at all unless it was in the same room as the camera. Automated stock responses from customer services including the advice to remain within 5-6 feet of the camera. Obviously if I am close enough to see my baby then I hardly need a monitor. Embarrassing.
Dishonest company run by dishonorable people- BEWARE!
I supported this company's Kickstarter campaign for the VAVA Home Cam. Well over a year late the base station and 2 cameras finally arrived. First off, their claim that their cameras would go one year between charges was completely false. You are lucky if you get 2 months of use between charges. Secondly, one of the cameras was faulty right out of the box and refused to connect to the base station. I spent the better part of a year and a half being bounced around to different service and support people. I did everything they asked including doing factory resets, powering down the base station etc., etc. I provided all of the documentation that they requested and finally was told by one of their support staff that my camera was indeed a batch of cameras that was known to be faulty but had been sent out to customers anyways. The camera is still well within its two year warranty, but then the next kicker came. They informed me that they no longer make this model of camera and that the newer version is not compatible with the original base station. I was promised a partial refund upon management review. I was told that they would get back to me in maximum 48 hours; that was about two weeks ago. Since then their support staff refuse to even acknowledge my e-mails. If you like getting shoddy products with even worse customer support, then go ahead and throw away your money with this company. They don't even earn a one star review, but unfortunately Trustpilot does not give a zero star rating option.
Terrible Company
Got the baby monitor as a gift at my shower from an elderly family member. The monitor worked for 2 hrs then completely shut off and would not turn back on or charge. Contacted Vava and was told there was nothing they could do without an order number. I had to call the woman who gave it to me and try and have her search your email for the order number which she could not find and she did not remember where she purchased it from. This was very awkward and embarrassing for both of us. I called Vava again and to explain the situation to them and they said that there was nothing they could do! I just wanted to send back the monitor for a replacement. It is their product that was sent faulty and they would do nothing to remedy the situation. Now I have a monitor that does not work and the women who bought it for me is out $150! Wrote a review for the monitor on their website and it never got posted by them! No wonder they only have positive reviews!! Scam.
bad products and worst customer service ever
The Camera has a power micro USB cable with built in GPS module, the cable stopped working suddenly even though it never been touched or moved because it's tucked in under the car headliner. So the camera stopped working...well you can't buy the cable because it's not available anywhere!. I contacted the manufacturer! Worst customer service experience I've ever encountered, nothing but a bunch of liars been giving me the run around for a whole month with no solution. And all for a few dollar cable that I can't even buy anywhere otherwise I would've. I called them more than 15 times and I waisted so many hours on the phone with them for NOTHING! And by the way the camera still under warranty. Now it's useless or I can just use a regular phone charger cable which is going to eliminate the GPS and speed feature on the camera(The main feature I bought it for). At the end of the manufacturer lying episode...they told me that there's nothing they can do and I have to contact Amazon where I bought it from!! It's not like they are the one who sold it on Amazon!. Extremely poor low class customer service. I won't recommend to any one to buy this product especially from a company with this morals.

Never doing business again with this company. Ordered a baby monitor and was told. 2 -5 business days for delivery. Order wasn’t happening and I called them and then they said oh sorry for the inconvenience but it will take a few weeks. Took my money out of my bank account right away though. Never again.

I ordered one 2Tb SSD from VAVA via their Indiegogo campaign. After some time I received it and was pleased enough with it that in March/21 I ordered a second unit. They took my money with no problems. I have tried several times since to find out when my 2nd 2Tb SSD would ship and was told "in a few weeks". A few weeks ago they finally admitted they could not provide my SSD for "months" and would I accept 2 x 1Tb SSD and a multi-hub. I told them I only had one connection (and since it uses high power, it is not an idea to use a hub). Since then I have heard crickets. So now they have my $$ and I have no idea if they will ever fulfil the order I gave them in good faith. (I use a different email with VAVA which I will provide as needed)

This company is very amateur! I lost very valuable information on their Vava SSD disk and support is completely ignoring me.
They are outsourcing their software development from some 3rd part newbie developer - don't trust in that software and don't lock your data on disk with their software - you are risking losing all your data.
Do not buy baby monitor
Purchased a baby monitor and waited until our baby was 4 months old until we used it (he was always in the same room until then) used it for a week and then had “poor connection”. The only time it worked was when we were next to the camera! Got in touch with the company to be told we couldn’t get a refund, asked to speak to a manager and got put through to an answer machine. Complete waste of my time trying to sort it out and haven’t gotten anywhere with it. Terrible customer service considering it wasn’t a cheap product and is also used for something so important.
Updated: the company has been in touch and offered a new monitor and have been very apologetic. Am hoping this one will work because we liked everything else about it.

I bought the 4K projector sent it back. Been 9months now never received my money back. Will not take my calls will not give me my money back. They claim they did not receive. But UPS shows delivery it weighed 33pds. They insisted on sending call tag so they could make a claim from UPS which they approved it. They got paid from me and UPS. But going on 9months I have not received my money back. This place will give you product that is substandard and steal your money. Buyer Beware Danny Holbrook Of Kentucky.

Do yourself a favor a stick with a known company. Like being lied to about your item shipped date? Like the feeling of uncertainty that comes with being lied to and having spent more than $2000 on a product? Like receiving your purchase a month late? Like receiving a defective item then being asked to send a dozen videos to prove it? They will give you the run-around like they have no shame whatsoever. Go with the P2...I should have.

Supported the 4 pack VAVA Home Cam at the beginning via a well known start up site and waited a long time for them to finally arrive. Product itself looks great apart from the stick on QR code.
Now I've had it for a while, I'd definitely not recommend. I'm not sure where they got hundreds of 5 star reviews from on their site but that's not been my experience or from searching other reviews online.
Customer support and technical support is effectively non existent for the cams plus there is no instruction manual available on the site.
App and features are very basic with few customisable features. It would be great to just be able to turn on or off.
Battery life is nowhere near as good as advertised.
PIR is not consistent and there's a delay between detection and recording.
Sound quality is very poor and feedback is horrendous.
Additional parts like external cover solar charger are not available to purchase.
Microphone and audio for 2 way talking is sub par and not worth the effort.
App shows NAS capabilities but no instructions how to do it in App or online.
Wish I'd waited for reviews and did more research for other products that are available out there by better, well known, established companies. I'll be buying one of these systems in future and additionally as I've been burned on a couple of other items bought on this well known start up site I won't be using that again either.
Terms of service also mention a company at the end and after a little digging they also have really bad reviews.
Avoid and go elsewhere. Its worth it to research first and look for independent reviews of confirmed purchases
