Can't fault William and his team, I brought the Ventura delux 1.4 tent with annex.
Unfortunately haven't tried the tent out yet, was extremely windy where I was due to go in Yorkshire so didn't want to risk it.
No issues with Ventura, the problem was with their courier DX, arrived a week late, no emails or correspondence to let me know what was happening.
Absolutely no fault of Ventura's, they were fantastic and very patient with me (I was less than impressed), 5 out of 5 for Ventura, 0 out of 5 for DX!

We have just bought our second Ventura roof tent (1.8m) today after two years of perfect service from our original 1.4m roof tent after outgrowing it. Brilliant service and knowledge from William, we love Ventura roof tents and wouldn’t contemplate another brand! William installed the new roof tent on the vehicle making life a lot easier for us and was good enough to arrange an out of hours appointment to accommodate us. We’re now looking forward to planning our next trip! Thank you William and Venture!

I requested a call from the Ventura team, and they got back to me same day ,which was amazing, I was dealing with a gentleman named William from the team he was great !!! Great knowledge, friendly and understood exactly what i need for my tent box, it was a easy and great overall experience and best of all it is a great product, I would recommend anyone to get one !!! Having owned a ventura roof tent now for 3 years, it has been used alot and been on many adventures. The build quality is fantastic and to top it off the customer service is fantastic. Over time the tent has needed replacement parts due to wear and tear and weather damage. Replacements have been readily available and help with this has been fantastic. Highly recommended company with fantastic product.

I phoned on Good Friday expecting to get no answer, but William answered straight away and was able to answer all my questions. By the end of the call I'd purchased a new 270degree awning to go with the roof tent and other bits I had purchased last year. Great products at sensible prices.

The people at Ventura are very accommodating and my experience was perfect. From viewing roof tent to fitting took a couple of hours. I will be going back in future for a side awning as the prices and service are excellent.

Excellent service all together … Charlotte from the admin and William on the floor with a decade of experience behind him, both were extremely professional and welcoming not to mention a great deal with lots of goodies thrown in … we bought Extended Ventura Deluxe 1.4 with Annex and Thermal liner .. very easy to set up and pack away … William was supportive and very patient in practically showing how it all works and supervised me on practically setting up .. can’t wait to go out in the nature and feel free ..Thank you guys Much appreciated 👍

Will and his team are absolute diamonds. All of them. Myself and my friend each bought a tent back in the early part of the year after a visit to the showroom to check them out. They then stored them for us until we could get them fitted this week! And they did an incredible job, allowed us to sit and wait and watch as they did it and gave us another demonstration of opening and closing the tent before leaving. The tents are of exceptional quality and we cannot wait to go camping this Easter weekend. If you are looking to get a rooftop tent, I can highly recommend Will and his team. Just do it! Be very careful when you order roof racks from these! I made an order for the tent box and roof racks for my car which they sent all together, turns out they both wasn’t compatible with each other as the bulk parts of the roof rack was in the way off the tent box T-brackets installation so i had to take a trip to halfords and pay £275 for different roof racks and when i went to return my original ones that THEY got wrong in the first place i was then hit with the ‘old’ consumer rights act 30 days return policy (I’ve only just managed to install the roof tent as the weather is getting better) and then i was told to drill myself holes in the roof bar to ‘make’ it fit. I would of thought after spending alot of money on there products they would of had the decency to let me return a product which was the wrong type that they sent me after asking for my car model.

Im yet to comment on the tent box as I haven’t had a chance to use it yet but as far as customer service goes im very very disappointed and wouldn’t buy anything from them again in the future.

William is an absolute Gentleman. So we ended up purchasing pretty much everything Ventura could offer for our Rental Trafic... it wasn't our intention, but because William was so patient, showed and demonstrated everything, didnt even try and sell us anything, we was just very confident in him and the product, kids jumping all over the place etc didnt phase him one bit. He even opened up on a Sunday for us at short notice for us to come down and look at the tents!

So I had some issues with the clamshell but the guys and there team are second to none , first one the delivery company let me down and they where right on it with a replacement.
Had some issues with the tent but the guys fixed everything and top notch in customer service.

Excellent communications, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Fitting was quick and simple and a great deal with free extras. We checked out other suppliers before deciding on Ventura, and our choice was validated with William and tom's professionalism.

We purchased a 270 awning previously and unfortunately had issues, these though were swiftly sorted out by William, Charlotte and the team. We have now purchased a roof tent with awning and side awning from Ventura. Great customer service, extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Being not totally sure whether we wanted a roof tent and bewildered by the options William took all the time to explain and show us the different options and how it all comes together. Good price / quality and excellent service so what is not to like.
