First, I’d like to say I’ve been buying clothes from Venus for roughly 20 years. I’ve always had a great experience with the quality of clothes as well as the fit excluding a couple of items here or there that might’ve not fit exactly how I’d like them. I placed an order to Venus a couple months ago and the items did not fit how I liked so I returned them. Venus has always had a free return policy until just recently they’re charging almost $12 to return an item. First they say it’s $8.99 but then they say it was a promotional shipping so they charge you additional money for a return. Shame on me because last time when I ordered, I said that was it. I’ll never order from Venus again, but silly me I forgot. I just had another order deliver from them and need to return the items. Their quality of clothes used to be amazing. I still have dresses from years ago that I wear and still get tons of compliments on that. They have held up well and look just as good as the day that I bought them. However, these last two orders and more specifically this last one, the quality of items is HORRID. The dresses that I got do not fit over my chest and I actually ordered a size up. Their sizing is way off the quality the seams the fit is all trash lately. Their dresses now remind me of the clothes, my teenage daughter orders from SHEIN. THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING FROM VENUS. I WILL NO LONGER BE ORDERING CLOTHES FROM THEM AS THEY CHANGED SOMETHING THAT THEY’RE DOING OR THEIR MANUFACTURING COMPANY AND IT’S SOME OF THE WORST CLOTHING THAT I’VE EVER SEEN COME FROM THIS COMPANY.
Extremely disappointed as a longtime customer.

changed return policy

My initial order had a 90 return policy, need to exchange but they switched it to 30 days so now I am stuck with this dress. Lame they should consider it under the same time frame (old policy) since the initial order was made during that time. Looking for some where else to shop once again.

TERRIBLE company.

Terrible company with overpriced cheap fashion, horrendous customer service, and THEY REFUSED to honor my gift certificate for returned items because it expired... which is illegal. I will be filing complaints with the BBB and small claims court because you should treat your customers better and it's time to learn.

They fit and arrived quickly.

I ordered a pair of loose tropical print pants. They fit and arrived quickly. They seem to be fine. I would buy from this company again.

Scam site

Most probably Venus is a scam site. I placed an order & fully payed it with my credit card. A week had passed & they didn’t ship the item. I chatted with their customer service staff for almost a month during which they kept providing info which proved later to be false and all what they said were lies. I requested my money back which they refused to return until I threatened to approach the federal consumer protection office, only then, they initiated a refund. Never deal with a non trusted site which can very easily steal your money.

worst customer service in the USA

The only reason I picked 1 star is I couldn't choose 0.
This company has the worst customer support I've ever experienced. Tried to change a delivery address the order sat in their system for 3 days, plenty of time to change it and they told me I must do it through ups which the package goes from ups to usps.
Therefore ups couldn't help.

Read the fine print!!!!!! I don't like that they will automatically sign you up for Venus unlocked just for using a coupon. Their clothes are cute but Venus unlocked feels a little scammish.

why on earth did you get rid of…

why on earth did you get rid of wishlists? what a tremendous inconvenience...Idk of any online shopping sites that don't use wish lists...this is your idea of an "update"? I had many items on my list that I order a bit at a time & it was very helpful, now it's just a huge disappointment & difficult site to use

The new style of clothing is awful

The new style of clothing is awful! Venus used to have cute sexy clothes and now all it is is ugly over sized blah clothes. I have ordered from Venus for at least 10 years and loves the clothes, I have not bought any clothes rom Venus for a year now, very disaaponting!!

Order came very quickly which was nice

Order came very quickly which was nice. I do love your suits.
A little disappointed that the regular scoop front seems to be going away as that is my favorite and fits me nicely. It seems like the Bali Classic Scoop Front is replacing it. It's similar, but a bit more skimpy.

I have been a Venus customer for over…

I have been a Venus customer for over 10 years now and buy most of my clothing from there however tried logging into website today and it told me if the last time I logged in was before August 6th I had to reset my password. Tried to do that and it kept telling me I had to put in code. Did that. Took me to site but never let me change password. Now everytime I login it tells me to reset and I go thru same process. Code and no option to reset. Also noticed that all of my favorites have disappeared and all of my order history is gone. New website is difficult to navigate. I am also very frustrated that I can't see any history or my favorites. It also isn't giving me the option to add favorites. Very disappointed in the new website.

Very disappointed

I have been a Venus customer for many years. 2 days ago my app stopped working and I was unable to log in via web browser. After much difficulty, I was finally able to 'reactivate ' my account, due to Venus changing their platform. So, now the app no longer works, I had 9 items in my shopping cart, that are now gone, and my Venus credit card does not work and is not available for me to use.
Customer service has no information as to why my items got cleared from my cart, and no answer as to when the credit card will be available for use. The items that were in my cart are gone. The new website keeps crashing and is impossible to navigate.
I am very disappointed and Venus has just lost a long time customer.

Lost a client

I used to buy from them all the time. Any baithing suit I had. Then I order new baithsuits plural from the company. They couldn’t ship it as they realized it’s on back order. I paid $38-39 already for this bikini top. 8 Months kater they finally receive this item & wothout any notice they charged my credit card an additional $58.70. The only item missing was one plain black bikkin top. So $96.70 for 1 bikki top that was originally suppose to be btw $38-39. The excuse was the iteam has gone up in price & shipping. Well if the item has gone up in price shouldn’t you ask clients if they still want it??? Or ship for original price as promised. Why should the client have to pay for extra shipping when the company realizes it is out of stock. I ordered many things that shipped together and you want me tp pay for your negligence. Now I have to wait for it to be shipped to me to ship it back for a refund. If I do not receive money I will report them to visa as scammers. Since when can you charge people without their consent. I will never buy from them again, and I urge you to rethink shopping with them as well. This is horrible customer service.
