Ordered a £699 table via B&Q, returned it the following day as it was too small for what we needed. It has now been over a month that we have still been fighting for a refund as the seller doesn’t currently have the funds to process it. Any company that doesn’t have the cash flow to process a £699 refund after a week is in serious financial trouble. Avoid at all costs.

Very disappointed with my experience with Verty Furniture.

The customer service was extremely poor from start to finish. My emails were repeatedly ignored, and when I did receive responses, the information provided regarding the return of a faulty item was inconsistent and unclear. I had to spend a significant amount of time chasing for answers and still struggled to get a straightforward explanation of the returns process.

When I eventually contacted customer service by phone, the attitude was unhelpful and dismissive. The representative frequently sighed during the call, which made me feel as though my concerns were an inconvenience rather than a legitimate issue regarding a faulty product.

A company is truly tested when something goes wrong, and unfortunately Verty Furniture failed to provide the level of support I would expect. If you're considering purchasing from them, be aware that resolving issues with faulty items may be a frustrating and time-consuming process.

We already had a mango wood peice of furniture and wanted a tv unit to match so colour match was crucial as at either side of a chimney breast. I contacted the company and was transferred to Sandeep. He asked me to send a photo of the original peice so that the warehouse could see if they had anything suitable in colour. Within hours we received a photo back from Sandeep of a unit which looked a perfect match. Sandeep reassured me that when I placed my order it would be that unit that would be delivered. Delivery went as smoothly, contacted Friday evening with a Monday delivery with a 3 hour window followed by another call from delivery guy informing me he was 15 mins away. Cannot ask more than that. We unpackaged the tv unit and sure enough it was the unit Sandeep said would come to us. It is absolutely spot on for colour. I would like to say a big thank you to Sandeep for his time and customer care he gave us, I have nothing but praise for him. If I have a issue it is a minuscule one, the handles on the drawers have not had the same treatment stain/varnish on them so are a bit dull in colour compared to the rest of the unit but my husband said it’s an easy fix. Ordered my unit on 11th April was told would be 4-6 weeks for delivery - still not arrived even though they have been in stock for over 2 weeks and was told it would definitely arrive this week although they couldn't give me any delivery details as that was up to the courier !! Still not arrived. No updates from the company, I have had to email several times and only received one reply and phoned numerous times - might have been a good price but shocking customer service so will not be using them again.

Unusual shaped benches with thick weighty iron legs, look absolutely fabulous, a perfect match for our new unusal design dining table. The benches are well crafted, lovely wood, strong and easy yo manoeuvre. The legs have rubbers for the bottom to prevent scratching of floor. Arrived on time, good price, excellent communications, 1st class seller

We had some concerns about a colour match for some other Mango wood furniture, however we liked the look of the image of the tv unit on line and decided to proceed with the purchase.
We had searched local supplies without success.
To our surprise we had a personal phone call the day before delivery hoping the cabinet was suitable and it was. Excellent.
We had a delivery window of 3 hours in the early morning which was perfect for us.
The tv cabinet was exactly as described, well packaged and undamaged, we would certainly recommend the company.

Purchased a coffee table from this company in Nov 2025. Within 6 months an issue has developed with one of the three legs where it just works loose and so causes the table to collapse. A polite request for the company to consider how they might resolve this was, after a considerable delay, met with a dismissive (and frankly insulting) response that the only explanation could be 'accidental misuse', with no evidence whatsoever for that assertion and no attempt to inspect the table or investigate further. Naturally I advised them this is not acceptable - over 2 weeks later they have not had the decency to respond, despite being chased to do so. I'd urge caution when considering purchasing from this company - problems arise, but the mark of a reputable company is how they are dealt with - this has been a case study in how not to handle a legitimate product defect and completely destroy a customer relationship.

Lovely coffee table as described and decent price compared to other solid wood furniture. Called to be told when would arrive too which was handy. Would recommend.

Overall experience was good and I’m happy with the item I received. I order via The Range. Delivery updates were on the poor side. There was no tracking number sent, I had to reach out to customer support as my order arrived several days after the expected delivery date.

Had to wait a few days longer than advertised for my delivery in Scotland but was worth the wait.
Item arrived well packed and is now the coffee table I was looking for in my lounge.
Customer service was a real person who answered all my concerns about delivery.

Frauds. Listed an item and a description that looked nothing like what actually arrived. Told me on the 1st March I’d have to pay for a courier to get it back to them, despite it being on them to ensure that there items are actually anything like what they show them as. After a lot of back and forth with someone who admitted the colour was not what was not what was on the website, I raised it with my bank. They told my bank they would sort this out with me, called me one day (about a month later) saying someone was going to collect the coffee table in a few hours which was a joke and completely unprofessional. I ensured that the courier got the item, that was on the 3rd April. I was told after chasing on the 11th that the refund was being processed and would take 14 days. It’s now been 26 days since they collected it and no refund. Avoid at all costs, clearly ran by a bunch of crooks.

Item arrive damaged, and missing legs .When I called them they said the legs were there.
After 60- yes 60 - emails ,and 40 days, I finally received a refund .
Avoid at all costs.

I ordered dining table with chairs and they delivered in 5 days although it was mentioned 7-10 working days.Driver was really nice guy who helped me to put the furniture in living room as he said not insured to enter the building but he saw me struggling to drag the furniture from front door,excellent product and service.Thanks

Lovely table, perfect height, suits my living room perfectly.
You always bother about damaged items from companies but this was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition.
Driver was polite and kept me updated about delivery.
Overall an excellent experience.

It was not a first time when I bought stuff in Verty furniture. I really love their products and it's quality.
Got small problem with delivery and use a chat with Su. She was just perfect, professionally dealt with my issue. Fantastic customer service and attitude. I am surely gonna buy in Verty again and recommend them.
It is not easy presently to get such perfect customer service.
