Awful service, the only thing they are interested in is taking your money!! Steer clear of these scammers. They did not look after my dog at all and charged me a lot of money for the pleasure.

Initial contact was good and clear instructions to attend the clinic.
On arrival, pleasantly met and accommodated jn waiting room.
Once I had seen the only vet on duty, we waited 4hrs to be seen again and discuss outcome. This was quite rushed and felt the decision to put my dog to sleep was the only option, which I did not do and took him home,.
I felt the explanation of test findings was confusing as there was no one thing determining my pets illness and felt everything was thrown at me.
Long wait due to lack of resources and staff at the clinic for the amount of people needing ti use the service.

The practice was so helpful, we were in bits with worry about our dog, but they couldn’t have been kinder or more thorough.

All of the staff took amazing care of my cat and did a great job of reassuring me a very nervous and anxious pet owner.

I would like to thank them for everything they did to help my cat and express my sincere gratitude that their expertise and professionalism were available when I needed them.

Very helpful when my dog became unwell. Explained and gave me options. Very calm and professional.

They are open when all the others are closed over the weekend.

Absolutely wonderful. Took my dog to see them as she was unwell. Forgot my bag as I was halfway there and had to turn around to go home and collect it. They rang me to make sure everything was okay. Explained what happened and they kindly told me not to worry and would wait until I could arrive. They dealt with my girl straight away.

My dog was so poorly. All the staff were amazing. Thoroughly committed to my dog and communication for us was regular and thorough. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service. Thank you so much. Ralphie is on the mend thanks to you and your amazing care 🙏🏻🐾🙏🏻

You looked after my boy when he needed help the most, unfortunately yesterday it was time to say goodbye but everyone gave him the best dignified last days

Very helpful and friendly

Upon arrival my pet was checked in and within 10 mins we were called. The vet was so attentive and calm when speaking. He explained everything and was very kind and caring towards my dog.

Visited with my poorly dog. The Vet was very friendly and gave my dog plenty of attention and time to determine the best treatment.

We were very worried about our beautiful dog who was visibly in pain. The whole process of booking in and being seen was so easy to do and made less stressful by the friendly and helpful vet and nurses who were on duty

The visit was superb. The vet and nurse were professional, friendly and very efficient. Could not have been better.
I wish I could give 5 stars but the cost was just so high. I was told the consult cost on the phone but ouch, the total bill was high.

Charlotte and the team were great when my dog was seriously unwell just after the Christmas period. Her condition was fully explained to me, along with the options for her care. The team took great care of her whilst she was an inpatient. I can’t thank them enough!

Good service & saw a vet within a reasonable time, despite the vets being very busy. The only negative I would say is the costs, emergency vets are extremely expensive. If we could have waited until the following day we would have done.
