10kg Dry dog food arrived, seemed like 5kg dog food and 5 kg of thin air.
Not happy. I emailed customer services and I received no acknowledgement or reply from the company.

Customer service is excellent!
Product arrived promptly and had been double-wrapped but there had been some damage at some point in the journey ... sent a couple of pics and immediately had the promise to replace - felt a bit guilty afterwards as the damage wasn't huge but it was an expensive item. Customer service is excellent!
