Keeps cat free of stuvite crystals
Quite speedy service and delivery
My cat with stuvite crystals likes the dry food purchased
He has a handful everyday which seems to be working to keep us away from the vet with this issue. A different flavour would also be useful as he does get bored with them and I have to alternate with another brand and supplier

To say I'm disapointed is the understatement. Your carrier Yodel is not doing what they are paid for. My sensative cat food still has not arrived and it should have been here on 30.4.26. It is now 5.5.26 and still no cat food. You have my money, is this theft?
Get hold of Yodel and chase them, put a bomb under their bums and get my parcel here pronto PLEASE.

Quick and efficient service
The product came damaged but when I reached out to the vetsend they immediately resent a new one. New one also came in a damaged box idk what was happening with the delivery of that item but thankfully the item wasn’t damaged this time. Service and assistance was very quick and efficient. The product is doing a good job too, my cat’s skin is healthy

We use the product a lot
We use the product a lot, thankfully Vetsend had larger size at a reasonable price. Not delivered overnight however kept to the estimated delivery. Will use again.

Good variety of renal cat food
Really good variety of cat food for renal failure; the taster box was very helpful too try the varieties as an affordable price. Prices are reasonable. However delivery took over 10 days which meant I was limited with what to feed my cat in the interim.

First time I used their services (order UK-6694214). Parcel was due to arrive today and it turns out it wasn't even dispatched. I've never received any communication re potential delays.
Edit: Parcel arrived with 2 days delay.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear your parcel has not been delivered yet. Please note that the usual delivery time to the UK after shipping is 3-4 working days (Monday-Friday). As stated on the website, Monday was a bank holiday. This is still within the delivery timeframe, so we would kindly ask you to wait for the delivery.
