Terrible
Terrible! What happened to premium brand value? Think carefully before parting with your hard earned. Purchased 2 x pairs of V&R glasses from Specsavers. One pair had to be repaired almost immediately as the frame screws kept dislodging and have been okay since (but not fully tested as a back up pair). The other had the same issue after 16 months’ wear. (To add, I am not a ‘rough’ user). Specsavers repaired those with thread glue (again) to find the same issue reoccurred after 2 minutes’ wear. Was advised by Specsavers that I might need to use superglue to fix the frames in place. I requested instead that they return to V&R as it was obviously a manufacturer’s fault and design weakness. They were returned with a note stating this was not the case and therefore not their liability. How odd that these frames were discontinued in the meantime?! I have worn glasses for many years and never experienced this before, and with 2 x pairs of the same brand, too. These are supposed to be a premium product. Specsavers offered half priced replacements??? No thank you! Terrible brand, I will not purchase from again. Poor quality build with premium priced branding.
Update: I have a request to remove this review as the eyewear is licensed out and this site purely represents apparel? The eyewear is branded as V&R, price tag is traded off premium branding and the customer does not have clear indication of this ‘separation’. In my mind, it’s not good enough to then say to consumers ‘not my bag’ when questioned. My response would be for V&R to be remove their brand stamp from the eyewear range then?! Corporate having it both ways?

The perfume smells nice but the longevity is horrible. It goes away after an hour of applying. Even though the smell is very good, it’s useless because the smell doesn’t stay at all. I am disappointed, this is my signature perfume and it wasn't worth paying 180€ for. I could have went to any other perfume shop and buy it for way cheaper and have its longevity 10x stronger.

No answer from customer service
Hey, I’m in USA and accidentally purchased V & R shoes in Euro. Unfortunately they were slightly tight and tried to return. But I can’t put my order number online somehow so I’ve been asking for help. I got answer but it’s just saying to send email other deportments. I’ve kept sending same email over and over they just passing around. I don’t know why but I still have the shoes with me as I can’t success online return. Finally I haven’t heard anything from them. They are ignoring me. I think their customer service is machine.
Re: Finally I have a reply. I’ve sent email with my invoice so many times and don’t know where is the best email to send my info again.
