V&R Spectacles lens dropping out
Got some beautiful V & R spectacles from Specsavers, I’ve returned them half a dozen times as one of the lenses kept falling out. Specsavers tried to fix by replacing a screw, but kept happening. They changed the frame but the same thing is happening again! After so long I’ve reached conclusion that maybe the lens is so delicately balanced that perhaps just cleaning is enough to dislodge the lens.

My order ended up returned.
Unfortunately I could not receive my package. Customer service was kind enough to update me only when I asked, nevertheless I could not get my package and forced for a return.

Jag köpte ett par jättefina melerade runda plastbågar men fick eksem bakom öronen av skalmarna med rinnande sår. Efter tre justeringar blev det inte bättre utan jag har blivit tvungen till att byta till ett par andra bågar. Det måste vara något i skalmen som jag reagerar på, lack eller något i plasten. Synd på ett par snygga glasögon.

I received a damaged SpiceBomb Dark Leather bottle
I got a bottle of SpiceBomb Dark Leather and after I had opened the box, there was a very strong smell of fragrance coming from the box itself. The product is damaged and bottle of the fragrance has a leak in it from the lid, I took multiple pictures of the damaged bottle and box.
Update: Customer Services has contacted me and solved the issue, thank you for the outstanding service and support.

Bought a skirt from their archive sale…
Bought a skirt from their archive sale and was very pleased. The skirt was gorgeous and the size guide was accurate. The item fit just as the size guide suggested. International shipping was free w/c was kind of rare with luxury items for some reason. Although I kept the item, I believe returns are free too. Overall great experience. Better to buy at the brand directly than multi-brand sites.

FAULTY PRODUCTS!!
Purchased Bon Bon last year, went to get it out my handbag today (which felt damp) to find my bon bon bottle has broken (the bow has came away from the middle). More than half a bottle of perfume gone, designer handbag ruined and when i went to work to tell my friend i find out not only did this happen to her friend the previous year but was also the exact same side mine had broken
