Perfect fusion of sporty and elegant wear. Amazing design! And the shipping service was efficient. The whole experience had made me fall in love with the brand!

As a fan of V&R perfumes, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service.
I purchased V&R perfumes from a domestic distributor and I am concerned about their originality due to careless packaging.
Seller rejected my complaint so I wanted to verify this fact with the manufacturer. I sent a request to the company several times asking for a contact using various forms available on the official website. Sadly never received an answer. Hotline? Truly impossible to find any consultant.
Sending a report itself also requires a lot of patience because system finds "inappropriate wording" in a very polite message, but of course it does not specify which specific word it means, so in the end you have to write only partial report, otherwise the system will not accept it.
Unfortunately, this behavior discourages further purchases. Two stars only because of quality products.

Super attente en snelle reacties op mijn e-mails. Vlotte bezorging. Helaas was de jurk te klein, dus moest ik hem retourneren. Ook dat was in twee of drie dagen afgehandeld.

Got a trial size of the new Victor & Rolf ‘Good Fortune’. I put it on either side of my neck and went out. When I took my £80 Zara coat off the perfume has transferred onto the material leaving 2 pink stripes either side of the collar, damaging the coat. There is no way I would ever by perfume by Victor & Rolf again now it has damaged a new jacket. I have tried to get in touch with V&R customer services and the email will not send through to them. I was not wearing make either so it is definitely the perfume as the colour is an orange/red colour and not clear and there is nothing at the back of the collar as I didn’t put perfume there

Und so liebevoll verpackt… Die Größe ist Standard, die Länge für kleinere Frauen eher unvorteilhaft, kann man aber problemlos kürzen lassen.

De kleding werd snel en netjes geleverd. Kleding was mooi en van goede kwaliteit maar de maat was niet goed. Bij retourneren moet je een mail sturen naar de klantenservice stond er in de voorwaarden. Na een paar mails gestuurd te hebben, geen enkel antwoord met retouradres of bevestiging gedurende twee weken, terwijl de retourtijd 15 dagen is. Heb uiteindelijk de kleding maar zonder bevestiging teruggestuurd naar het adres op de doos. Dit voelt onprettig omdat het toch over een waarde van circa 500 euro gaat. Hopelijk krijg ik wel snel mijn geld terug. Verbeterpuntje.

Their Spice Bomb perfume is the best! it has all the ingredients you would need to smell great! But mind you, use it as a winter choice, it bodes very well with the cold weather!

Bought this directly from Viktor and Rolf. Added a promo code for a free Flower Bomb shower gel and a travel size perfume 10.0 liters.
WHen it arrived it was taken off the order.
All I receive is two tiny tiny .04 testers half full.
Apparently they send promo codes for you to use but take off the main reason I ordered it a free gift.
Order is much higher price than at the store and fee gifts mentioned are not included. Then if you want to return it they offer NO labels and you have to pay it yourself. what a waste of time and money, 0 stars. do not recommend.

I am trying to make a returns. But your office is not responding to me at all.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
BEWARE! I ordered two bottles of cologne for Christmas gifts. I received one brand new sealed bottle and one USED bottle. It was not sealed. It was missing cologne and missing a cap to the cologne bottle. Originally when contacting customer service they told me to submit photos and they would send me a new bottle. After submitting photos I never heard from them. I called days later and after waiting 45 mins with the representative on the phone I was told I had to ship the bottle back in order for them to send me a new one and they could not guarantee I would get the new bottle by Christmas. Not only that, they would not provide a shipping label and are forcing me to pay to ship the cologne back. I didn’t order a tester, I ordered two bottles of NEW cologne and did not receive what I payed for. I will never ever make a purchase with this company nor buy any product of theirs from any store again.

Flowerbomb era il mio profumo preferito, ora sa solo di alcol con un odore quasi sgradevole e non più piacevole. Che peccato mi devo cercare un’altro profumo all’altezza del vecchio Flowerbomb.

Extremely disgruntled and dissatisfied with the customer care service offered by Viktor Rolf. Their product gave me a terrible allergic reaction and instead of helping me out and replacing the product, they insist on an invoice copy. After reiterating umpteen times that it was a gift and getting an invoice for the same is impossible, they stopped further correspondence. Highly unprofessional and irresponsible behavior! Doesn't befit a reputed brand like this !

Hi. I received a mail from you , after over a year ! Extremely disappointing and frustrating. I sent you a mail yesterday itself ( 25th October) after getting that response from you. YES ! The issue remains unresolved till date. I have been extremely disappointed with your product and service! You are compelling me to cease from purchasing your products. I hope after atleast a year you now work promptly towards redressing my grievance
