Ok, la verità è che Vileda era una buona marca UNA VOLTA.
Negli anni, come molte altre aziende, ha evidentemente abbassato la qualità dei materiali (per non parlare del servizio clienti, da come leggo qui).
Ho acquistato un lavapavimenti “1.2 Spray Max”, che di fatto è un semplice passastraccio con serbatoio spray.
Il problema è la qualità costruttiva:
- acquistato primo prodotto: montato e subito difettoso
- portato indietro alla Coop (luogo d'acquisto) per la sostituzione
- secondo prodotto identico: montato senza problemi, lasciato inutilizzato un giorno, e al primo utilizzo, smette completamente di funzionare
Risultato: prodotto inutilizzabile dopo pochissimo tempo.
Scontrino purtroppo buttato, ma restano 32 euro sprecati.
Trovo inaccettabile che un oggetto così semplice venga venduto a questo prezzo con un livello di affidabilità così basso. Qualità decisamente non all’altezza del marchio.
Consiglio quindi di valutare attentamente prima di acquistare prodotti Vileda: l’affidabilità e la qualità non sembrano più quelle di una volta.
(basti guardare le recensioni qui: su più di 300 utenti che hanno espresso la loro, la media di valutazione è 1,5 su 5......)

Spin mop. Handle fell to pieces, can I get it changed—- no. They want inside leg measurements, birth cert, date first walked as a baby, name of bloke next doors driving instructor-/ in other words they just muck you around. Vileda you are a miserable excuse for a decent company.

Pessimo servizio post vendita: ordinati 2 stendini Ghibli con sconto 20% più altri prodotti per un totale di circa 70 euro.
Uno dei due stendini è giunto con un pezzo del braccio rotto. Segnalato immediatamente il problema con tanto di foto mi è stato risposto, via email e telefonicamente, che non effettuano sostituzioni pertanto se rivoglio l'articolo nuovo (con l'incognita che possa giungere rotto anch'esso) devo restituire quello danneggiato, ricevere eventuale rimborso, fare nuovo ordine pagando a prezzo pieno perché nel frattempo la promozione è scaduta, e in più corrispondere le spese di spedizione. È un'indecenza!! Non facevano prima a prevedere la possibilità di fornire pezzi di ricambio in caso di danneggiamento da parte dei trasportatori? Di sicuro non farò più ordini a Vileda e vista l'esperienza lo sconsiglio vivamente

Wir haben am 20.12.2025 einen Wäscheständer für über 70€ im Vielda-Onlineshop bestellt. Bis heute, den 21.01.2026, ist Bestellung nicht eingetroffen. Der Support ist telefonisch nicht erreichbar und antwortet auch nicht auf E-Mails.

Artikel nicht erhalten. Kundenservice antwortet nicht. Paypal Käuferschutzfall aufgemacht.

Ich habe den Bodenwischer Ultramax Turbo von Vileda gekauft und möchte ihn auf gar keinen Fall wieder hergeben. Kein bücken ,sauberes Wischen bis in alle Ecken Feuchtigkeit bestimmbar durch mehr oder weniger Rotation, Auswringen geht mit Fußdruck sehr einfach.
Ungelogen, ich wusste nicht, dass ich jetzt ganz gerne mal ebendurch die Wohnung wische.
Also: meine beste Empfehlung.

Ordino dal sito una scopa lavapavimenti del valore di 84 euro. Mi arriva una del valore di più di 100 euro. Ovviamente non è quello che ho ordinato, non è quello per cui ho pagato. Scrivo subito al servizio clienti chiedendo possibilità di rendere l'oggetto errato e ricevere quello corretto...mi rispondono che non fanno resi nè cambi. Mi è toccato inserire una data di ritiro per il corriere e una volta valutato se la merce è ok provvederanno al rimborso. È assurdo...mai più

Turbo Mop, used a few times, spin broke. Called left a message, no reply. Sent email they asked for a video of no spin action, which I supplied, no response sent another email, still no response. Shocking product & zero customer service.

I brought the extendable full mop a few weeks ago it worked a couple times until Sunday 11th January 2026when would not lock into place and kept sliding down , today I tried yet again to no avail I've had to use heavy duty sticky tape to finish off my floors . Recently widowed with no one nearby to fix it and not driving , cannot be running here and there buying new mops I'm disappointed

Vileda mops and handles. Absolute waste of money. The connector ALWAYS breaks within 3-4 weeks. Have bought 6 of these mops in 6 months. Shocking quality. Why don't you have a sturdy screw in system mop head? Or does it make you more money selling mops which break? Won't be buying another, ever.

Der Pure Clean S5 wischt nicht zufriedenstellend. Man muss immer wieder drüber wischen.
Der Arm ist selbst bei korrekter Handhabung locker und fällt dauernd raus, sodass man aufpassen muss, dass das Gerät keinen Schaden nimmt. Der Wassertank ist sehr klein und muss ständig aufgefüllt werden und die Reinigung ist aufwändiger als wenn man einfach von Hand wischen würde/mit Mopp. Wir sind (besonders wegen des immens hohen Preises) enttäuscht.

ik kocht een redelijke dure accuvloerreiniger. nu blijkt dat vileda hier geen vervangmoppen voor heeft. dus een duur wegwerpproduct. echt schandalig dat ze dit verkopen.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Vileda. Die Lieferung war super schnell und problemlos. Das Produkt selbst überzeugt durch sehr gute Qualität und eine tolle Reinigungsleistung. Man merkt sofort, dass es sich um ein durchdachtes und hochwertiges Produkt handelt, das den Haushalt deutlich erleichtert. Ich würde Vileda und auch den Onlineshop jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Bestellung am 09.12.25 aufgegeben für den Wäscheständer Infinity Flex. Bis heute nichts bekommen. Keine Mail über irgendeine Info. Auch nach 2 Mails und 3 Anrufen, „Ja ich leite das mal weiter“!
Bestellung storniert. NIE WIEDER!!!! Bin wohl kein Einzelfall.

Ho comprato uno stendino Vileda, qualità pessima apertura impossibile un filo piegato altezza bassissima,purtroppo l'ho aperto qualche giorno dopo averlo acquistato e avevo buttato lo scontrino e devo tenermelo ..Scritto all'assistenza nessuna risposta

Bestellung funktioniert nicht. Keine Bestätigung. Man muss ständig bei Paypal kontrollieren, da nicht klar ist woran man ist. Empfehle den Shop nicht.

Am 9.12 bestellt es stand bis zu 10 Werktage bis es versendet wird
Am Telefon wird man mehrfach vertröstet keiner reagiert bis heute keine Versand Bestätigung spätestens wenn bis nächsten Freitag nichts ankommt werde ich eine Frist per email setzen.

Am 29.11.25 eine Wäschespinne bestellt. Bis heute am 26.12.25 keine Lieferung erhalten. Auf mehrere Anfragen an das Kundenportal erhält man keinerlei Antwort. Ein Bewertungsstern ist noch zu viel. Unterirdisches Geschäftsgebahren, schlichtweg eine Schande!
