Very comfortable. Excellent customer service
I was put on to Vionic by my physiotherapist and I have now probably more than 10 pairs of Vionic shoes/sandals. The quality is excellent and I find them extremely comfortable and good value for money. Recently had some issues with the delivery of two orders but the assistance from customer service was excellent especially as the problem was with the carrier not Vionic. Will be buying more and recommending them to others!

Good return policy
I ordered some slides from Vionic which fitted my foot well when I first tried them on. A suitable occasion for wearing them only arrived after the return window had closed. I then realised I have lost weight and my foot no longer wedges securely in the slides.
Kimberley sent a special return code and the unworn shoes are on their way back.

Whilst I am really struggling with the actual shoes currently (in particular the sizing which varies so very much between different styles of shoes and the quality of some shoes given the price), the customer service provided by Kimberley has been outstanding as always!

I don't live near a shop selling Vionic…
I don't live near a shop selling Vionic shoes but after reading about them, and suffering a stress fracture, I was keen to find supportive shoes. I ordered some sandals and slides which were a fantastic fit and provide great arch and ball of foot support. I then ordered some boots the same size which were a bit too small. For various reasons I missed the 30 days return window. The customer service team have provided exceptional service and accepted the return. They also provided guidance on sizing. Highly recommended and without a doubt now my go-to shoes.

Avoid this company
I didn’t have a good experience. I purchased a pair of shoes 3 months ago and paid £125.00 plus delivery charge. Vionic were recommended to me by my podiatrist for medical reasons. I wore them a few times and things were fine but on one occasion I walked about 1 mile and my foot started hurting me, they caused a big blister and I needed to seek medical attention. They offered me a 20% refund. I will never buy from them again.

Helpful customer services
I contacted customer services because Evri hadn't delivered the trainers that I had ordered. Because it was over 7 days, I was refunded for the shipping costs whilst they looked into the matter. Unfortunately, the parcel could not be found so I was given the option of the same trainers or a refund. Due to the fact that the trainers were no longer available, a refund was processed promptly. All the way through I was treated with empathy and kept informed. This is the first time that I have had to contact customer services as all my previous orders have been delivered promptly.

Order lost by Evri
I ordered the shoes but unfortunately Vionics use Evri, the worst delivery company in the UK. Needless to say Evri lost my order. I cancelled and got my money back. I didn’t see the point of Vionics sending a replacement pair of shoes as I had no faith that they’d be delivered.
Perhaps Vionics should consider using a different delivery company, especially when they ask you to pay £6 delivery charge for the privilege.

Unable to return item. Evri do not have a local drop off location and the collection arranged was a no show. Unable to contact company by phone and now no longer replying to emails. Never again.

I had an awful and extremely frustrating experience with Vionic. I placed my order on 23 July and received an order confirmation on the same day, so I naturally assumed that my order was being processed.
However, five days later, on 28 July, I received an email informing me that my order had been cancelled because of a discrepancy in their inventory. I find this completely unacceptable. Why confirm an order and make a customer wait for several days before admitting that the item is not actually in stock?
Their inventory system should be accurate and updated before accepting customers’ orders. This experience caused unnecessary disappointment, inconvenience, and wasted time. I expected much better service from a well-known company like Vionic.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this store.

Pink sandals to brighten anyone’s life.
My first purchase was a pair of pink Elara slide sandals. Apart from being a beautiful shade of pink they are so soft, comfortable and supporting.
I am truly tempted to buy another pair.
The workmanship of the entire sandal is superb.

Ordered shoes over a week ago
Ordered shoes over a week ago, to be delivered by EVRI next day. The shoes still haven’t arrived and EVRI keep saying they’re looking into it and they’ll be here the following day. Vionic aren’t answering their customer service phone line (apparently high volume of calls) so they tell you to submit an online query. The online submission about this hasn’t been answered. I ordered the shoes for a specific function, so if they don’t arrive tomorrow, I will expect a refund. Appalling service especially for such an expensive brand. It looks like Vionic haven’t learned their lesson from previous similar problems raised in previous reviews about delivery by EVRI.

Great, I wished I had read the trust pilot reviews before I ordered (altho' I can't seem to see the really horrific ones on this page that I read a few days ago!)
I rang before placing my order for some advice & left a message with my number, no response. I stupidly went ahead with the order anyway and for some unfathomable reason Vionics choose to use THE most unreliable courier service known to man ...Evri.
In brief, no shoes arrived and despite countless e mails to vionics ( & Evri) I eventually the got a response and a refund to my account as the shoes never arrived and are still reported missing by Evri! Reading other reviews I think Kimberley in customer service is either the sole team member or an AI response. Do not be tempted to purchase as I was!
