So quiet, peaceful and chilled, just drifting in the wind. Totally amazing.
Be prepared for some hard work un-packing and packing back up, but it is worth it.

Beautiful way to spend a Sunday evening
The crew and the pilot, Mike, were great. Really knowledgeable and helpful. Ashton Court is a great location to take off from. The flight was amazingly beautiful and Mike gave useful information and pointed out landmarks as we went. Landing was great too. Loved helping with putting away the balloon. A brilliant way to spend a Sunday evening! Thanks to Caroline, who really put a shift in too!

Russell the flight attendant was…
Russell the flight attendant was absolutely fabulous. He was friendly and talked us through the take off and landing procedure.
It was great be able to get involved, whilst the balloon was being inflated.
There were toilets near the location and it was easy to find.
He explained all the heights, speed we were travelling, and answered any questions anyone threw at him.
His ground crew man Clive I believe, was also amazing. Tracking out our flight from the ground and being able to find us, within minutes of our landing. He was a huge asset to the team.
Plus, he handed out the cheeky Prosecco's.
We all pitched in to help get everything put away swiftly.
Thank you for the most amazing memorable experience. ❤️❤️

Hi Jee,
Russell bringing the balloon know-how and Clive bringing the bubbles, now that’s what we call teamwork! 🎈🥂
We’re delighted they helped make your flight experience with us so memorable, from getting involved with inflation to answering your questions up in the air. Finding you within minutes of landing is also impressive… arriving with Prosecco is how you become everyone’s favourite! 😉
Thank you for mucking in with the packing away and for the fab review, we really appreciate it and was lovely to read!

We had a great afternoon with Mike and…
We had a great afternoon with Mike and his crew, we helped with the balloon inflation at the start and deflation at the end, it was a good experience, Mike and his crew were very informative about the balloon and the flight. When we were in the air Mike would keep us updated with how high we were and at what speed we were going. Would highly recommend this flight.

Hot air balloon flight - fantastic
I feel it was really easy to book through virgin. They had lots of availability and location options. There was time in advance to get to and throw locations. And when one location didn't work instead of cancelling the flight they moved it. The crew were kind, helpful and friendly. Over all a lovely experience. I would recommend
