I’d been using them for years, a few small wins and losses. Just sociable gambling. I had a couple of weeks of a good few wins. I only bet £5, £10 max, so it was nothing big, a couple of hundred pounds. Bearing in mind I’d have wagered a few thousand over the years. Due to a handful of wins, they stopped me me betting. No maximum stake, no warning. I complained, as I thought there was a mistake. The response, ‘we don’t need to give you an explanation’. No information provided on how to take the complaint further, which they are obliged by law to provide. When I pushed on this they said I could complain to a director. When you do this, you get a templated letter back from customer services, with a director’s signature on it. I know this because I emailed the director directly and he was on annual leave! So not only is their customer service appalling, they fraudulently lie to customers. Give your money to a betting company with at least half decent customer service.

I had placed approx 8 to 10 bets from £5 &£10 each. lost 8 and had 2 wins totalling approx £125. How are these sites allowed to get away with this, happy when your bets lose then limit if you win it's disgraceful especially when they won't explain

First time I been back on this site in a while, couldn’t tell you when I was last on it, so the card I used then through Apple Pay no longer exists, Apple Pay has it own 4 numbers for each card that is different to the number on the card, so anyway I deposited today using my Apple Pay with my bank card, surprisingly I have won, but getting my funds withdrawn is a joke, so card I used ages ago I deposited £200 and today I used different card deposited £150, I won and went to withdraw but they won’t let me withdraw into my account I deposited with today until I withdraw into an old card first, of £200, then I can withdraw the remainder into my account I used today, but as I have no clue which account I used last time as the number does not match any of my numbers in apple wallet, so I can only assume it’s my old revolut account which I stopped using and closed, so basically unless I can prove this they won’t close that account and won’t let me withdraw my funds,

I was just told I cannot bet with them anymore due to no reason at all. In my opinion its due to them not winning .

How does this site get away with making sure every bonus outcome is the same? 3 £1.50 bonuses on ‘Christmas fishin pots of gold’ to have ALL 3 of bonuses the EXACT same outcome, 13 out of 15 EMPTY. Same with £1 bonus 13 out of 15 EMPTY, how is this random generated? That makes no sense when it’s every deposit . every bonus on different days, months, everything. But always the exact same outcome. That is not fair game play, very disappointing virgin bet. Been on here for years and never does it change and sadly they wonder why they are rated bad against all the other sites.

I've had a few wins and losses with Virgin Bet but I was okay with that. Now the reason gave it a 1 star , I had recently had a big win and now all of sudden I can't withdraw the money because I have to verify my proof of address, everytime I send them a document they keep coming up with a NEW excuse of why it isn't valid. It's been 3 days going through the same thing. Please for your own sake, stay away from this app. They will do everything they can to not pay you your money.

Edit : Everything got resolved. I'm giving it 4 stars for good customer service. I genuinely thought ya'll are trying to scam me.
