I really don’t understand this site you can’t ever get any decent wins or bonuses. You can play and play and play but once you hit a bonus on a £2 stake or £1 stake you get winnings or around £30 lol. No free spins nothing. This site just seems to take and take. Awful customer service as usual. Particularly bad today. Spoke to Hannah B. Couldn't be more unhelpful. took 10 minutes to get to an agent for a simple question. Had already logged into my account. I was asked 8 security questions. The last one being "What is the last casino game I played" which I start I have no idea. Hannah B closed the chat immediately. Seems like they just want you to waste your time so you get bored and give up needing help.

I put a bet on the football outright…
I put a bet on the football outright betting and within an hour they closed my account with no reason given, no explanation. Customer service couldn’t even give me a reason why. They took £100 of my money what I worked hard for and I can’t even see my bet I put on. The joy of putting a bet online is to see the cash out etc but I’ve been left with nothing. Really poor betting site. Karma will get them.

The customer service is disgusting
The customer service is disgusting, they literally called me a liar .. I placed a lucky 15,I had a winner and three losers .. it said it has settled and paid out but the money didn't go into my account.. must be a glitch. I didn't receive the money and there is nothing you can do about it. Customer service is disgusting. They can rob you of your winnings and there is nothing you can do about it. Lucky 15 can not be paid out until the 4 horses have finished the race , the response from Virgin bet is the same person who treated me disgusting. Anyone who knows about a lucky 15 bet , knows that all four horses have to have ran , before the bet is calculated. The one winner I had was called dancing in Paris 2.10pm ascot , according to the comment below, I was payed out just after the 2.10pm result was concluded , that is impossible, when the last race was 4.30pm . These people are lying. It's a disgrace and im going fight this all the way . Stay clear people, they can scam you and nothing can be done unless you go the court route. The first comment by the Virgin team has been slightly edited but anyone who knows about a lucky 15 bet , knows that you cannot pay out until the 4 horses have finished the race .. their response exposed them .. obviously they don't know how a lucky 15 works . I've noticed they've edited out the part where they said they paid me out just after the 2nd race , that's impossible when the last horse was 4.30pm .. the bet cannot be settled or paid out until all four horses have ran. Keep the money, I will never use Virgin bet again, but I will expose that company.. they employ liars . Very very bad customer service.
