I had a very disappointing experience with this online casino. I played on Virgin Casino and never once had a fair or satisfying outcome. It feels like the games are designed in a way that makes it almost impossible to win. I have lost a significant amount of money, and at no point did I feel there was a fair chance.

In my opinion, this is one of the worst online casino platforms out there. They take your money easily, but giving anything back seems nearly impossible. I would strongly advise others to stay away and be very cautious before spending any money here.

Honestly the biggest scam site ever , never win anything they just take your money and give you poxy 10pence wins ridiculous stay well clear of this site.

Lots of similar casinos but support made me review it a 1 star. Won 3 £0.10 Free Spins, they were not rewarded, contacted support and they "can't" do anything to reinstate nor to compensate. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Virgin Games and feel others should be aware before depositing their money.

I deposited £20 one evening last week and ended up hitting the Jackpot on Huff and Puff, winning £1,571. I have screenshots showing the win along with the reference number, so there is clear evidence that the win occurred. However, when it came time to withdraw the winnings, the experience completely changed.

The verification process has been incredibly poor. I have provided multiple forms of documentation and proof when requested, yet the process just seems to go in circles. Every time I submit what they ask for, something else suddenly becomes an issue. It feels like no matter what documentation you provide, they will try their hardest not to pay out.

Customer service has also been extremely frustrating. Responses are slow, vague, and unhelpful, and no one seems willing to give a clear explanation as to why my withdrawal is being refused. Despite providing the evidence they requested, I am still being denied the payout without any proper reasoning.

I have now issued a formal complaint and will be escalating this matter further. £1,571 is a significant amount of money, and I expect a fair and transparent explanation at the very least.

Based on my experience so far, I would strongly advise others to be cautious. I will be pursuing this issue until it is properly resolved, as this is far from the end of the matter.
