I’ve just closed my account after years of not so bad games on this site but it’s totally changed and all in their favour, don’t even get a game for your money anymore it’s all take take take well they won’t be getting any more money from me and I hope other people will see sense and do the same and avoid these thieves 😡

I never write reviews on trustpilot, or at all, however this casino is the worst. I deposited £10 and won £35, after I tried to withdraw it, they locked my account with no reason at all, no email message, I had to google Virgin Games Support, then after I was told that I will need to provide bank statement, AND A SELFIE of me holding my ID, with a the current date attached on a paper - IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE WHERE THE DOOR NUMBER IS VISIBLE. How absurd is that? After a week of communicating and providing the details, I got my money back, however they said that my account will remain CLOSED for no reason... Don't use this horrible scammy website, it's clear they just try to pocket your money in the hopes that you give up and don't provide a selfie of you in front of your house with your id, with the date attached...

I have used many betting/gambling sites and this is by far the worst one. Not only will they close your account if you win any sort of money but they have the audacity to keep those winnings and just refund your deposit if you do. In what world would this be legal with any other company in the UK? Absolute joke. If you are going to gamble avoid this company like the plague and put your money into skybet or paddy power. They are by far ethical but at least they are not a complete illegal racket like this outfit. Basically the mafia is virgin games.

I have been a member for more than a year . The last 8 months, I haven't won once. You pay to play . Don't expect to win on this website. fortunately, I am not a high roller. I play 10p to 30p a spin. No scatter seen for the last 4 months, and last time it came , it was with lord of ocean where 10 FS paid £1.20. so be aware when playing on this website, don't expect to win!!

Horrible greedy site.

I was expecting a lot better from a widely recognised company and as I have recently started playing on slots and in my naivety I signed up and deposited £10 which i got 200 free spins. Out of that i won 30 quid which i withdrew into my account the next morning when I woke up I eagerly tried to log in to checke my withdrawal progress only to find that I had been logged out of my account and to contact customer service. I spoke to an agent online who advised me to send in all the relevant ID that they required. I did do, including a selfie of myself holding everything that they required. This went back and forth for a few days. I finally got my £30 but for some reason I still remain locked out of my account. I would have loved to have left a nicer review but I feel amiss if I don't make others aware of what may happen if they sign up blindly to this site.

Playing live roulette on this platform was terrible, wish I took a screenshot of the close up of the wheel. The number that came up was completely different. Hoax website

Deposited £10 into a brand new account. Played the free spins they give, you won £5.
Tried to withdraw my winnings,....

They closed my account and demanded all sorts of id checks and bank details. I sent them the details and still not heard back.

They have essentially stolen my money because i won.

Please avoid at all costs.

If and when you win good luck getting it all back, conveniently thats when they make you jump through hoops, providing all info inc both sides of a ducks arse. When you do they pay in bits like 3% then another 3% but not it all, that's when the ignored emails start and live chat becomes a parrot. Escalate it they say but nought gets done. 4 attempts to make a complaint and oh yer they ignore that aswell. Grade a c#£@s.

Avioid avoid avoid - I made a mistake in using my brothers Apple Pay, I ended up winning £10,200. They refused to pay me out even though all previous deposits under my own name. This company will do anything to stop you from taking your winnings. So so evil.

I used my sons card as a deposit of £50 and won £600, they would t pay me out the have me £50 back. Thieving b@stards

Same as comments below. On slots: feature spins are rare and when you get them it's dead spins barring 1 or 2 spins with barely any return Vs what you have spent to get there! This is repetitive and I have evidence of this which I'll be taking further (more of us should!). Bingo: same winners repeatedly night after night! Terrible site total ripoff you’ve literally got no chance playing here AVOID

Wish I’d seen the reviews before signing up.. we all know gambling is a risk but when you don’t ever get a feature and win back a portion of your stake. You can play £20 and get a £0.40 win. This site does not make for a good experience. Very disappointed in the app layout finding games, payouts are non existent. I won’t be putting another penny into this scam site.
