Avoid this dealership – extremely poor experience and unprofessional service.

I reserved a car from this company for my wife with the understanding that it would be ready for collection by the following Wednesday. I was assured this timeline would not be an issue. On the day of collection—after taking time off work—I received a call from the dealership stating that if I paid the remaining deposit of £404.50, they would transfer the logbook and tax the car so it would be ready for us to pick up.

Later that same day, I called to confirm that we could collect the car, only to be told that the finance arrangements were not in place and we would not be able to take the car after all. After several days with no progress or updates, we made the decision to cancel the purchase and instead repair my wife’s existing car.

Vision refused to issue a full refund, claiming that because they transported the vehicle from Leeds to Haydock and fitted two new tyres, we were liable for these costs. They only offered a partial refund of £250. I eventually recovered the remaining amount through my bank, but this should not have been necessary.

In summary, the experience was frustrating, costly, and handled unprofessionally. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership.

**AVOID** Honestly this garage is more hassle than it’s worth. Sold me a car with a fresh MOT with no advisories. when I had it checked over none of the previous advisories had been fixed. The battery died within three weeks of having it and when getting it replaced was told it was the complete wrong battery for the car. It was missing the lock cover when I bought it and they said they had one ordered and would mail it to me when it arrive a month later and I still don’t have it. They are a nightmare to get a hold of for anything and have no respect for their customers.

Bought a car on finance off this firm. Had small problems when I first drove it parking sensor and was told will sort it waiting on the part. Then couple of days later warning light comes on. So I took the car back to be looked and two weeks later it was returned. Parking sensor fixed no warning light, was told it was a coolant problem and all fixed. A couple of week later the car lost power and was very sluggish. I took it to a friend who is a mechanic and he told me to get rid of the car it looks like a bad engine with new bad parts put on it. Then I had aa do a report on it which come back with a coolant problem. Next the finance company wasn't happy to which the sent me an ivis inspection out with out going into it all I will just say what the summary said. In our opinion, the vehicle generally, is in a poor running condition.
The coolant level is depleted, and there is evidence of active coolant leakage from
around a coolant housing, return hose and water pump, which appear to be of a
longstanding nature, with clear evidence of previous resealing.
There is also evidence of previous repairs having been attempted to the cooling
system. So my advice is don't buy from these as the car i was sold was definitely dodgy and there was no signs of a warning light or any codes to show this fault had already occurred, So again in my opinion and other professionals I have spoken to the warning light codes had been deleted. However I did get my money back thanks to the finance company and broker firm. But it did take over 3 months for me to do this

Put a deposit on a car with a guarantee of it being paid back even if I didn't see it. Was very wary of the reviews then when looking at the car it's advertised has 40.000 miles but on the clock it says 42.450 so that put me off. I phoned 2 days before I was to view the car to say I wouldn't be coming very rude person and has you can guess I didn't get my deposit back

Shocking customer service, these con men think it’s acceptable to phone you shouting and swearing because you didn’t collect the car we had paid a deposit for on time. They passed us from pillar to post not having a clue what each other had told us so clearly no communication just desperate to take peoples money. They have re advertised the car we have paid a deposit on for sale showing no deposit taken. If they don’t call us to refund the deposit we will most certainly get our lawyer involved as I see from a lot of reviews and a Facebook page solely for complaints on this company that this is the norm for these cowboys. Avoid at all costs and pay a bit extra and go to a real car dealership with professional staff and not morons who think it’s acceptable to shout and swear at you. They will be hearing from our lawyer.

Their arrogant salespersons and sales manager are all bunch of liars. They sold me a Faulty Car (Ford Kuga) and tried all there best to push the blame on me.

Do not buy a car from this so called business. For some reason they believe they can sell off faulty cars and when returned within 30 days argue that you are not entitled to a refund. You absolutely are! They will inform you that they will repair a car that already had pre-existing issues. You will be spoken to unprofessionally by morons who think they can say whatever they like. It is an appalling business. SWERVE IT!!!

Please do not waste your time or money!

Appalling cars and service,fake mots and service by them be prepared for a unpleasant experience when buying a car,sell broke cars with full mots with no advisories but my car on a test drive the driveshaft was faulty and the brakes were faulty to,after fixing they fixed the faults after about a month of countless phone calls with never a return call,lies when the cars meant to be ready for collection how this business expects customers to be repeat customers no chance u have been warned,forgot to mention on pick up of the car I paid for the road tax and they done it online however a few months later received a letter from the DVLA about a dishonest payment turns out they went the post office and paid with a cheque which bounced I had the hassle of ringing them again for them to send the money so I could tax my car joke
