had a nightmare using vodaphone customer service . lily and cameron at barnstaple store save you from me leaving and believe you I was more than ready to . these guy manage my frustration over 5 days and help me get to the right product and a good contract for my broadband . I will never ever do a deal over the phone again . will alway pop on and see these guys who have eased my stress level down to zero . many thanks Lily Cameron

Truly awful customer service - not just once but 14 times over 11 days so far and still no further forward
