Great service! I came into store a couple of times & what a lovely team! Del is amazing and so helpful! He helped me sort my account and upgraded my phone, he got me the best deal within my price range. He has a fantastic attitude and always had a solution to problems that occurred.

i popped into the Vodafone store in Basildon to get a SIM only contract and move my existing number over. I was dealt with by Ruby who was brilliant. She had me set up in just a few minutes and explained everything as we went along.

I was due an upgrade so I went into the Basildon branch and was served by Scott.
Scott took his time to listen to my needs and wants, he communicated my options well and talk me through all aspects of my upgrade.
