Came into the store and Nathan ran through 3 different plans and went through everything in easy to understand. He also helped us sort out the samsung claim.
Keep him around absolutely wonderful and great customer service.

Came in to sort out my upgrade with Nathan and he has been fantastic in sorting me out a great deal. Laid it out all perfectly and explained everything in nice easy terms.
All of my numbers are with Vodafone and will return again and again with him.

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing! Came into the store and have 0 knowledge on how I can set up my phone. Nathan took the time and patience with me to set up my new phone with everything set up and even helped me set up new passwords. He's a massive credit to Vodafone and chatham.

Came into Chatham branch this morning with an issue on my app. However, also spoke to Nathan about a phone upgrade, he was amazing in getting me all set up on my new Samsung with a good deal. He's got a great sense of humour and a pleasure to do business with.

Came in this morning as my old phone has been playing up and I wanted to see if I was able to get upgrade. Nathan helped me massively with a decent new phone and managed to get my phone bill down to something very manageable.

Came in to chatham and was assisted by Nathan. I'm not much of a tech person but he helped me upgrade to a new phone and helped me sort all of my photos etc over to the new phone. Made everything seem very easy, keep him as long as possible

Mollie and Nathan were amazing
Mollie and Nathan were amazing, helped me set up a new phone and new contract. Did the data transfer and helped me then pay off my phone next day. I was paying so much for so little and helped me on a great deal.

Vodafone in Chatham has exceptional customer service a young girl and a young man I believe there names were mollie and Jamie were brilliant they were so helpful and managed to successfully help me with what I needed I couldn’t praise them enough I highly recommend if you have any difficulties with your mobile device etc then definitely give them a visit
