Visited Chelmsford store today. Despite the company making it very hard to cancel my contract I was served by a lovely young lady called Erin. She was very patient , helpful and polite. A credit to your store. Thanks again Erin for helping me with a stressful situation.

Leah was excellent!
Leah was a very friendly and calm young lady. Her manner was very natural and assured and she was a breath of fresh air to previous assistants we have encountered at Vodafone. The store was clean and well layed out with a welcoming atmosphere.

Fantastic customer service from Erin who was friendly, fast and efficient. I wanted to upgrade my phone and contract but didn’t have long. Erin found me a great deal and even had time to upgrade my broadband plan.
