Summer was amazing, really attentive, answered all my questions and supported me brilliantly with my upgrade. We don’t live in Chichester but always travel here for the amazing service

I would rate my experience at less than…
I would rate my experience at less than 1* if there was thst option.
I have wasted over 4 hours in the local Vodafone store and still have not got a new phone /contract.
I raised a complaint on the form sent to me and that was completed and sent back electronically 9 days ago…..no acknowledgment, no reply - nothing.
I used to this your brand and service were good - however nowadays your customer service deserves a public shaming.
Terrible experience - avoid. There are other decent telecoms suppliers to choose from - caveat emptor

Huge thank you to Tom for sorting out a new iPhone 16 contract after a very long phone call about my credit check appeal back in February which was meant to be dealt with in 10 days. The email was dated 16/02/2025. To this day I have never had confirmation that the appeal had been rectified.

Fantastic staff and customer service
Visited the Chichester store today and I was served by a staff member called Connor who couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was very pleasant and polite to deal with. He is an absolute credit to Vodafone
